The tanoura troupe performs live music and the traditional whirling dance with colorful weighted skirts that seem to take on a life of their own. Mesmerizing and beautiful. Performances on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday nights from 7:30 to 9:00. But get there early! Ticket sales start at 6:30 pm and when we arrived right at that time, there was already a line of around 20 people. We still got good seats a few rows from the front and enjoyed the show immensely. Tickets are currently 94LE for non Egyptians and 15LE for Egyptians. Worth ever guinea! Highly recommended for anyone who likes live music and is interested in Sufi practice.

Lo mejor: conserva su autenticidad, no está pensado sólo para turistas. Llegamos 30 min antes y conseguimos entradas, aunque aconsejo llegar un poco antes si quieres buen sitio (se hace en un patio pequeño por lo que hay buen sonido y visión). Felicidades a los organizadores, más cosas así en El Cairo!

Vintage design and very friendly staff, however I believe the tickets are a bit expensive compared to similar places and events. The ticket costs 150LE compared to ROOM art space for example which costs almost half for similar events.

Purtroppo l'ultima volta, lo spettacolo non è stato così entusiasmante a causa di ospiti, troppo canto/preghiera, maleducati che filmano tutto il tempo (normalmente qualcuno passava per farli smettere visto che è vietato) e volume assordante!!!
