He recommended us trusted locations to visit (His cousin’s famous silver shop is a must). Make sure to stop by it’s a special place.

It was a pleasure not to be pressured to buy anything or to have to haggle for 15-20 minutes. We highly recommend if you want to buy authentic products.

D. C.: Lovely atmosphere on the second floor of an old Egyptian apartment filled with ethical and fair treasures. All items on sale are handmade and by Egyptian artisans & crafters. We bought many things from here but the most special was the rug we purchased for our apartment. It was a little too large and the owner told us not to worry and come back in an hour. He miraculously weaved it to the right size himself. Definitely a wonderful experience. Can’t recommend enough.

Samy Qaid: عايز أحكى تجربة من أسوأ التجارب اللى شفتها في السوق المصريأنا كنت بدور على مكان كويس اعمل فيه مطبخلقيت صفحة على الفيسبوك لمعرض فى سهل حمزة فى الهرم اسمه ألترا ديزاين Ultra Design عامل شغل حلو وسعره كويس جدارحت المعرض لقيت مكان شيك وتعامل كويس .. للأسف ده بيحصل في أول مقابلة عند التعاقد بساتفقت على كل حاجة وجم الشقة واخدوا المقاسات وكتبوا العقد فقريته لقيتهم كاتبين أن بيتدفع 60% عند التعاقد والباقى قبل الإستلام بيوم !!!طب نفرض المطبخ ما اتعملش بنفس المواصفات اللى اتفقنا عليها وانا دافع المبلغ كله أعمل إيه ؟!!المهم قلت واضح انهم مكان بيخاف على اسمه وأكيد هيكونوا حريصين على سمعتهم ويعملوا حاجة محترمةالمهم اتفقنا أنه يخلص بعد شهر واتكتب ده في العقدانتظرت الشهر وتوقعت حد هيتصل يقوللى المطبخ جاهز للتسليم لكن محدش اتصلت !!اتصلت بالمعرض رد عليا العامل وقال صاحب المعرض مش موجود فطلبت رقمه قال الرقم التانى اللي في كارت المعرضاتصلت بالرقم أكثر من مرة محدش بيرداتصلت بالشخص اللى جه خد المقاسات وأخد الفلوس ما بيردش بعتله واتساب شاف الرسالة وما ردش !!!رحت المعرض لقيت صاحب المعرض اللى اتفقت معاه مش فاكرنى ولا فاكر الاتفاق أصلاً وخلى واحد تانى يطلع العقد يراجعه وسابنى وراح يكلم عميل تانى !!بقول للشخص ده أنا المفروض استلم المطبخ لكن محدش كلمنى .. قاللى عشان لسة باقى مبلغ عليك من حساب المطبخ !!قلت له طب مش المفروض حد يكلمني ويتابع معايا عشان أعرف إيه اللى تم وادفع المبلغ الباقى؟قاللى المفروض العميل هو اللي بييجى يدفع الأول !!المهم قاللى المطبخ هيكون جاهز بعد أسبوعبعد اسبوع اتصل محدش بيرد على أى موبايلات !!اتصلت من رقم مختلف قام رد عليا وقال إن شاء الله هيكون جاهز بعد أسبوع فقلت له دى آخر مهلة هقبلهاوعدى الأسبوع وحدش كلمنى برضوارحت المعرض قلت عايز فلوسي ومش عايز مطابخفأقسم لى إن ده آخر ميعاد ولو المطبخ ما خلصش هلاقى فلوسي جاهزةأنتظرت آخر اسبوع .. واخيرا حد اتصل بيا بيعتذر أن المطبخ لسة ما خلصش وأنه هيخلص بعد 3 أيام .. شئ مستفز جداوأخيراً استلمت المطبخ ولكن للأسفأسوأ فنش .. بعض الأجزاء مقاسها مش مظبوط ومصممة بمنتهى الغباء فاضطر الفنى يفكها ويقص منها وهو بيركب !!أرجل المطبخ كانت المفاجأة .. بلاستيك ردئ جدابجد أنا مستغرب إزاى الناس دى فاتحة أماكن بالشكل ده وهم غير مؤهلين للتعامل مع الناس ولا عندهم أى فكرة عن إدارة مشروع زى ده !!تجربة سيئة وتعامل أسوأ فقلت أحذر الناسحسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل

Ahmed Saber: They have nice designs, but they are absolutely unable to actually produce them on time or to even their own standards. Waiting for several months is not uncommon, and neither is sending them the things back because they don't write down your specifications and make something that is the wrong size or colour or finish. Certainly not recommended, unless you have several years and don't actually need anything.
