Ghada Shaker: I had a very bad experience with Apex. I have been promised to receive my order within 3 weeks, and unfortunately it has been 7 weeks so far and I didn't receive my order. The engineer who created the order and the design never answers the phone. My first payment was on February 2, 2022, and till today I didn't receive the order. Apex needs to change the while staff as they are not satisfying the clients. I am very disappointed of the service and the fake promises. This is a complaint I have done to reach the owner, and hopefully action to be taken!!!!

Sameh EL-Mestkawy: The worst place I have ever dealt with in my life. There is no commitment to anything, neither quality nor conformity to what is in the contracted exhibitions. There is no delivery date for what is in the contract. They take 100% of the price, after which they buy and sell with you. I bought a dining room and a console from them. The contract said that I would receive them after two months and 3 weeks from the date of the contract in May 2018, and although it was a very long time already for one room and a console, they delivered them more than five months late in December 2018. In their showroom in Cairo Festival, and in order to change the violating niches, they took two months until February 2019, and they dealt with the utmost impoliteness and a level of quality like asphalt. Either you accept it, or they take you months and they don’t apply the contract. According to the contract, they have a delay fine of more than 17 thousand pounds, and they didn’t pay a penny of it until today. Half of March 2019, they did not come to fix the defects in the trip either, despite their promises, which, as usual, do not abide by any of them... I do not advise anyone to deal with them at all.
