Michael A.: I purchased a chair around 7,000 EGP. It's okay, nothing special. Poor design but decent quality of materials used. I have to monitor my posture or else this chair will destroy my back. But by Egypt's standards, Williams is probably considered top quality.

Hany Ramzy: Although they are respectable people and the products they have are excellent, the maintenance and after-sales service is very poor.I bought a meeting table and after disassembling it, it needed a new set of screws!! Imagine that they did not have this kit, and there was no one doing maintenance at all. After many calls, I gave up on them, and they made me feel that it was a big problem that might be difficult to solve naturally.Glory be to God, a big place like this, I can't do what a small family did.
