Amira Mahgoub: My experience with customer service:I bought a chair and a desk..the chair was a reversible mechanism that I didn't know how to use and not turn back the back..the time of receipt, the technician told me that with time it would be good, and the shift and what was in it would decrease..after a year, the problem was as it is, since the chair was on it 3 years warranty, so I went back to customer service and they sent me the technician and told me that the chair was imported and that this piece was not available, and when it is still there, they will contact meSo I spoke to them again and told them that it would be difficult for me to sit and wait for all this. After a few days, they told me that they would get me a new chair.. Indeed, they brought me a new chair, and the one in it works very well..Customer service is excellent, but sometimes there is a delay in responding, but in the end they follow up and solve the problem
