Sprinkles Sprinkles: Too expensive for the service provided, Dr. Rachel is not ready for the session just using a book and read from it, doesn't diagnose or identify the problem.
Solaih Aljadaani: The biggest place to defraud and collect money from the children’s parents in an arrogant and abhorrent manner, whether from Dr. Dalia or the receptionist, they took 1300 only to meet the doctor who hired an English employee, and then we did not get any result from them except the condescension of the doctor by saying that you need us as if Egypt and the world have only this center knowing that There are dozens of centers in Egypt that are better in terms of morality, qualification and construction
MEME Habib: I see that it is a physical place in the first place .. I do not see that it is useful for hyperactivity and distraction a lot possible for long periods or for people with little understanding or for autism. I think it is useful for children to continue sessions for a long period of a year, for example, and not a month or twoIt's a waste of money and I don't think it will work.This is for my nine-year-old hyperkinetic and distracted child, and after experiencing approximately 25 sessions with 2 specialists at a high level of ethics, but I expect the center to be financial, because such a child is of no use for this period.

Rachel Edwards: An excellent centre for children with special educational needs in Cairo. Launch Egypt offers a wide range of services including occupational therapy and speech therapy guided by international experts. They offer both a weekday school programme and "outpatient" appointments for children who attend other educational settings. My son goes twice a week for the motor cognition² programme and his teachers, family and friends have all noticed improvements in his behaviour and school work. Staff are very professional but also approachable and I rate the services as highly as those we have used in the UK.

Ahmed Mahmoud: The incompetent therapist called Noha Michael who works at this unprofessional place is not recommended, and harasses clients online and should not work in reputable places all together.This incompetent therapist is highly not recommended and treats clients with disrespect and harassment, and should seek mental health help herself for her mental issues.This incompetent therapist harasses the clients online and engage in harassment and cyberbullying, and divulge their private and confidential information from the private sessions, and, not only that, but they also stalk the client on social media and breach their confidentiality and defame the clients online and elsewhere.This incompetent and unprofessional harasser is highly not recommended, and if this happened abroad, this harasser, who know nothing about medical ethics or the laws and Code of Conduct and Ethics of their profession, or the Data Protection Law of the clients, they would have been sued legally and they would not be practicing their profession.This unprofessional and unethical place and the incompetent therapists called Noha Michael are highly not recommended, and should not work with clients at the first place, and they endanger their health, safety and security.This place is highly not recommended, and it is very high risk to clients to work with such unprofessional and unethical harassers, who harass clients and divulge their private and confidential information, and harass them with it.
Nour Abdel Hamid: The customer service is some the best I've ever seen. You can tell the people you communicate with genuinely want to help and make your experience smoother and easier. My only complaint is there seem to be some glitches regarding the app/website like randomly logging you out but it's not that big of an issue. I recommend this platform to anyone who has a busy schedule and would rather have sessions from the comfort of their home, it truly is a game changer.One word of advice to people looking for psychiatrists, not everyone in the business is ethical, some doctors don't really prioritize your well-being as a patient. If you feel like the first person you meet isn't right for you there are many other available options to explore, and the staff are very helpful and can recommend a bunch of options.The first psychiatrist I met with made me feel like I was just a "case" and was constantly trying to make new diagnoses/ changing my medication/ forgetting things I said in sessions. So just choose your psychiatrist wisely, It's okay to go through a few before finding the right fit for you.
