Ahmed Ayoub: My wife recently went through a major surgery undertaken by Prof. Dr. Hesham Ashour at Al Nada hospital Al Manial. I have to admit that I was astonished by the quality of service and care she received at the hospital. Despite the intensity of the situation, I can simply state that this was the best hospital experience we ever had. Last but not least, Dr. Ashour has demonstrated professional as well as human qualities that are rare to encounter in a life time. A great person. We are extremely Grateful. Thank you

Bahera Seddek: Unfortunately, it is a despicable and thieves hospital, and the children's den in it has no conscience, no interest, and they are very weakI have diabetes, and when the baby was born, she was not breastfed before 24 hours, and I did not know whether to breastfeed her. Sandra Essamaziz: The worst hospital. People enter healthy and have a mild corona virus, and the hospital takes them out as dead bodies. Please don't go to this hospital at all. I can't tell the experience because it was very difficult. Doctors give treatment with excessive doses, and people come out dead. They supply cortisone doses so that they can get a negative smear as soon as possible. Of course, it affects all body systems... If there were zero stars, I would have put them, please. MUNA SAEED: I was born there 3 months ago..and they put my son in private care for how many days and I paid more than 20 thousand other than the birthright.. To be honest, nursing in private care is very good, and my doctor was very cooperative with me..and the problem was in the accounts, which are very expensive..and also most of the things I paid for from Medicines and painkillers that I did not use, they took them again.

Elkassas Mohammed: مستشفى غالية على الفاضى( الصيت ولا الغنى ) وكمان لما زوجتى احتاجت منظار للتخدير مكانش متوفر عندهم و بعدها سيبنا المستشفى وروحنا مستشفى تانيه عشان الولادةاما التمريض عشان يعملك اى حاجة محتاج ياخد تبس عشان يعمل الخدمة المطلوبه اللى المفروض يقوم بيها وكان اتسببوا فى عدى فطريه لزوجتى
ZAKM: “All that glitters is not gold”" ليس كل ما يلمع ذهبًا "قد ينطبق هذا المثل على هذا المكان .فالموقع متميز والمبنى متطور ونظيف وعصري ولكن يبدوا ان الخدمات الطبيه ليست في المستوى !!الزيارة كانت بعد منتصف الليل بساعه .الحالة طفل لم يتجاوز الشهر يعاني من صعوبة في التنفس مصاحب لها أرتفاع طفيف في الحراره .الأستقبال كان سريع التجاوب والدكتور المناوب لم يتأخر .للأمانة لم يكن الدكتور مهتم كثيرًا وكان دائم التطلع لهاتفه كلما سنحت الفرصة .. التشخيص كان سريعًا وطمنا على حالة الرضيع والروشيته عباره عن سبراي من اول صيدلية وعلينا العوده الي البيت .. لايوجد شي مقلق !!دفعنا 400 جنيه من غير الدواء ورجعنا البيت.اليوم التالي الرضيع في صعوبة اكثر للتنفس مع ارتفاع مصاحب للحراره .رجعنا بالرضيع لنفس المكان والتشخيص كان مختلف عن ألامس تمامًا فحالة صدر الرضيع سيئة والالتهاب بالأمس لم يتم تشخيصه بالصوره الصحيحة مما ادى الي مضاعفات ..أعتقد أنه على إدارة المشفى إعادة النظر في الدكاتره المناوبين بالليل فصحة الاطفال أهم من إهتمامهم بالسوشيل ميديا.تجربتنا معهم ليست مقياس للجوده ، ولكنها وجهة نظر .

They entered the nursery and were sticking the figina on their mouths with a plaster because they were crying a lot, and the girls were suffering and trying to untie the figette with their hands, my beloved.And they remove the plaster before I enter and find the sticky substance on the fig tree. When I went, I found my daughter's head cracking, and I knew that it was burning in the nursery.And they pay this in childbirth, and in the end, the companion sleeps on the couch

Nadim El Bardaie: The attitude of the nurses, the common sense is too low in this hospital. It was too far from our expectation. No sense of urgency. Final invoice had additional charges which we never informed about from the beginning. I can only praise our Doctor, the housekeeping attendant, the cleanliness and the meals provided, otherwise everything else is below average..

haidar albattat: Good service, clean and tidy. Professional staff. Private cars shouldn't be allowed to park along the pavement in front of the emergency door and the on the turn to Parking lot. It's very inconvenient for urgent medical cases. signes should be in place to prevent unwanted parking violations.
