Mohamed Sadek: I have a bad experience with the company, with one of its products, the Zanussi heater. The maintenance is very bad. There are no spare parts and appointments. If someone responds to you the first thing after 10 days, the maintenance technician will come to you.The spare part, and he will give you another one a week later, and so on. Then you will report the complaints, and he will tell you that he will reply to you within 24 hours, and there is no response.
