I brought this up and they said they changed their prices? So they almost doubled their prices in the last few months? Either way this is almost as expensive as a day pass in the USA

VAGANTURE: I was looking for a workout space while in Cairo. Wrote a mail, no reply. Walked all the way, found it in the backyard of Sofitel. I asked for the rates in general, no price table. Had to fill out my details first, nobody showed me the interior and equipment, but was asked to pay 250 EGP for 1 visit. Ridiculous.

Sara Yasser Kamal: I’ve been going to Hers Gym for a while now and I’m really happy with the classes they offer. They have a wide variety of classes to choose from and the instructors are all very knowledgeable and friendly. The sauna is also a great way to relax after a workout. However, one thing that I wish they would improve is their water situation. They don’t offer water in the gym, which can be inconvenient at times. Overall though, I would definitely recommend Hers Gym to anyone looking for a great workout experience.
Trekking Pals: I bought a day pass during my visit to Cairo and I was very happy with the communication via WhatsApp before getting to the gym. Nice facility, enough space and a decent amount of machines to get a nice workout in.

Karine Doche: Staff is very nice. Location is great. Gym is extremely clean. Just some constructive criticism. 2 treadmills are broken, there isn’t an elliptical which is necessary in a gym. They don’t offer towels or water for purchase which is somewhat indispensable in a gym. I am however very happy to use this gym, sauna and hot tub while on vacation here. Thank you!

Koto Qalo: Professional method of communication. Prompt and clear. They have options for classes if you wish to participate in a range of exercise options in a group or they also have a free range of equipment to use for introverts such as I. Their staff are helpful and the gym is clean, with options for the sauna or jacuzzi to use after/before the sessions. There’s a playroom for kids if you wish to bring your kids to the gym. Subscribed for a year and it was nice to use during the lockdown and winter season.

There are a number of foreign coaches who are nothing but spectacular very professional and very fast, I mean Zumba Instructors, but it doesn’t mean that the Egyptian instructors are less skilled, in fact most of them excel the foreign coaches. I have to commend the cleanliness and the tidiness of the place as well. I advise every woman to go and have a great deal of the phenomenal experience❤️👍🏻

B D (arneszimmer83): Very dissapointed. Was looking to try out crossfit and join, so I visited the gym in the hope to get some insight. Everyone seemed busy working out when I got there but after standing around looking lost for a while some girl was kind enough to come up to me and give me her number with instructions to call later on. So I did. I was then told that if I wanted to join I had to pay for the whole month and since the month was almost over it didn't make much sense, so I waited another 10 days and then called again. This time I was told that I was welcome to come for a tryout, but that this would count as a one-time visit and that would cost me 200EGP??? Now I have never done crossfit but I was told it's got a welcoming, family like atmosphere. To be honest I felt rather off-put and definitely not welcome, with the excessive charge a clear indication that this business is not actually looking to win new members. Real shame cause I was very much looking forward to trying crossfit.
Omar Sherif: This crossfit gym has amazing trainers, friendly trainees and an overall inviting atmosphere that helps makes your workout so much enjoyable. You don't even have to call ahead if you wish to try it. Best done with a friend.

But that’s the end of their role, if the gym is as noisy as a rap concert, hot as hell or spinning room as freezing as the North Pole- they won’t fix it. They can care less … If you’re an expat and want a reason to HATE Egypt go to them.
