Hytham A: Unfortunately, after dealing 3 times with the company and installing 5 windows and 3 doors with wire from EcoHouse, at a total value of approximately 30,000 pounds, the company refuses to even replace damaged window sills, arguing that they are two months after the warranty, and asks to pay for them, knowing that the products are good, but the accessories are of poor quality.Regret to say that after installing 5 windows and 3 doors from Eco-house worth 30 thousand EGP, the company refuses to replace a faulty window bolt and asks for a charge for it! So disappointed as windows are good but accessories are of bad quality. After sale services are unsatisfactory.
