Muntazar alsaegh: I feel like the whole thing was a scam just to get you to the door, when I went there they wanted 800 EGP just for a consultation (even though it doesnt state anywhere on their website that there is a charge for consultations) when it is free almost everywhere else in Egypt and other countries I have been too like US, Turkey, Mexico. I refused to pay for the consultation so I left without getting a treatment or even talking to someone about what I needed done. I understand doctors’ time is valuable but they shouldn’t charge you just to see if they can help you or not. I hope others have a better experience than I had.Correction: there is a link on their website with the prices where you go to pay for a booking, they provided me the link now.Update: attached is a threatening email from the doctor’s office for speaking my mind. He threatens a law suite for defamation while he tracked me on Linkedin to post these comments. Wow what a professional.

adam daly: I went for a mini gastric bypass, I arrived on the Wednesday, collected at the airport by their driver. Taken directly to the clinic. Had my own room with own bathroom/shower a TV and air-conditioning. All the staff were amazing. Made me feel very welcome. I had a many tests like blood pressure, ECG, blood was taken. Had my last meal which was lovely, chicken with some cheeses, bread rolls and yoghurt's. Later that day I was cleared for surgery. Dr Hany took me through the precedure and relieved any concerns I had. After the operation you'll stay one more night so they can keep an eye on everything. My phone credit had run out so Nancy who was wonderfull kept my wife updated on how everything went. I was discharged at 12.30 the day after the operation. After Dr Hany had taken through the drugs I needed to take and when. And given a pack on the dietary steps to be taken. The hotel was lovely that they recommend. If you wanted to do the pyramids and museums you should feel well enough. I didn't have a real issues. Getting in and out of bed was a little sore, you just need to be careful of your stitches. Overall I've had a great experience and so far so good. The weight is falling away. I would highly recommend to anyone who like me had tried the diets and failed, and was looking for a more permanent solution.

His communication skills are excellent both on face to face & on the phone. I had the operation for a few physical health problems so this operation saved my life. You can wait for three hoursThe advice depends on the rumor that you spread, and if you do not treat it in the specified places, it will remain unreliable!!Without looking at any circumstances of the patient.. we choose a doctor in a good place, and the examination is not too small for the patient, paying an amount to diagnose the case in all its details without mentioning any symptoms or complications that may occur during the treatment period. And when I spoke to consult the doctor in need and that there are complications I got with me and what do I do and how do I move! The secretary is very simple. You say these are instructions. The doctor cannot tell you anything on the phone, even though the report is in front of him with the name and condition of the patient, but we cannot go, despite the difficulty of reaching the doctor and the complications that prevent him from moving! But nobody listened !! And I did not benefit from anything ... and experience is the best evidence!!
