Ghada Rushdy: Dr. Nabil is a very smart and respectful doctor, but unfortunately the team that sets appointments has a completely unprofessional style, bad in the way of answering the phone, the way of setting appointments, or describing the address in a clear way to facilitate access to the place. Unfortunately, they always use the simplest inaccurate information, many of which are not honest, which resulted in their poor and slavery style, waiting for a very long time in the clinic. Unfortunately, the Caliber management team was the reason why I created an alternative for Dr. Nabil. For example, today there were clinics for my daughter and I had their language because of their unclear style of receiving calls and inquiries and the unprofessional style of setting appointments. This is not the first time, but rather the second and last.This is the third time that I come to the clinic to make an appointment, and unfortunately in the three times this is their style.Thank you, Dr. Nabil, but unfortunately your presence affects your reputation.
