Hany Abu: Their after sales service (maintenance) is terrible 👎It’s now 23rd of April and I have been trying to bring them to fix my chair since 20th of March. They gave me so many appointments and never came.Never buying from them again.To continue my review, Now it’s 16th of May which is 2 month already since I have been trying to fix the chair and nothing has been doneAfter getting their shops manager Wael Hassan’s contact he gave me an appointment for technician to come Monday or Tuesday which was yesterday and today and no one showed up or even called. Tried calling him now no answer.This is the level of their Managing and after sales service.

Nourhan Gamal: We do not advise anyone to buy from them except when they think very well and do not pay the full money except when you receive your needs exactly.We received our luggage a month and a half late, after the 60 working days that we are supposed to receive during, and we encountered many problems with it, such as the handles, the color of the buffets, the colors of the cushions and their sizes, and the color of the mirrors. 11 days, and there were a lot of problems, and the table was broken while they were installing it, and after that they kept postponing with us, when will the need come until we arrived on 15/2, and the table was broken by them while they were installing it, we have a delay of 3 months after the 60 days
Karim Hamdy: A very decent furniture pieces and very neat quality and finish, Chairs are well designed and very comfyAlso they've a nice collection of sofas I'm really happy with my purchase of the products there.
Ahmed Yousry: There furniture looks quality but dont be fooled,since receiving the sofas its creaking and squeaking all the time , also slides back and forth since it doesnt have any real weight to it which is embarrassment in front of guests , there after sales is horrible as well , giving appointments and never show up or even call to apologize, am struggling to fix the creaking problem since 6 month , never again dealing with them.Hint: i can see the owners and employees writing reviews here and giving themselves 5 stars lol 😄
