FF “F awwa” Aww: The zamalek Branch's manager have ZERO skills when it comes to dealing with the customers. They sent me out an old/Rotten Dessert (Rotten heavy Crème) and when i immediately went to the shop so they can see it, they refused to aknowledge their fault, and instead they said that they can do nothing.I used to like the place and order from them regularly, and almost daily. But seems like they changed the place's manager and got an unskilled one ...i dont recommend dealing with them at all.

Stephanie: We got 2 delicious pastries here yesterday late afternoon but one very rude staff member left us with a bad experience.One young staff member (maybe in his twenties) with a moustache was very rude to me. He shouted at me to go sit down at a table and he would serve me (it wasn't that busy and I was already being served by the older man at the till who was very friendly and he was already putting my pastries on a plate). I told the younger staff member this (I was polite) but he shouted at me a second time to go sit down. I went to sit down as he looked angry and people were looking over at me.Not sure why I received this extremely rude treatment and was subjected to his bad temper...maybe because he thought I was by myself prior to seeing my boyfriend when he was shouting.However this is my second week of my holiday in Egypt with my boyfriend and most people have been friendly and hospitable so far.We asked for the bill at the end by the same young man who had shouted at me twice and he took more than 15 minutes and walked past us several times to other tables beside us so we went up to the till to pay. He didn't apologize. Like I said delicious pastries but we had a very bad experience here.
