Nada Sensei: To be honest, Cuts & Nuts is one of my favorite places in my city.After trying almost half the menu, I can totally vouch for the good and fresh taste of this cafe. The cakes and Tajins are always freshly baked, with the perfect outside crisp and the inside moisture.Their chocolate sauce (both white and dark) are their trademark, with just the right amount of sweetness.Eating outwards at the cafe is a great experience, but getting a delivery doesn't mean the service is lower, since they wrap up everything neatly and carefully, making sure nothing is spilt and everything looks good when you receive them.My only concern are the drinks.It could be unfair of me to judge them after only trying two cold drinks on the menu, but i still didn't like either, maybe the drinks could use some improvements.This is a 5 star dessert cafe IMO, and I always come back to it.

They serve amazing bread rolls, cakes and donuts at a very fair and affordable price. The variety, quality and friendliness of staff was great, hence the 5 star rating.They said the coffee is not made from tab water but bottled water (which was important to me), it tasted very delicious.I'm looking forward to go back again in a couple weeks. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :-)

FF “F awwa” Aww: The zamalek Branch's manager have ZERO skills when it comes to dealing with the customers. They sent me out an old/Rotten Dessert (Rotten heavy Crème) and when i immediately went to the shop so they can see it, they refused to aknowledge their fault, and instead they said that they can do nothing.I used to like the place and order from them regularly, and almost daily. But seems like they changed the place's manager and got an unskilled one ...i dont recommend dealing with them at all.
