Hinke Leipoldt: Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De standaard kamer kun je het beste links laten liggen, die is het geld niet waard. Met een plank met dun matrasje als bed, is de kamer voorzien van alles maar wel met enorm gedateerde spullen. Gelukkig konden we upgraden naar een superior kamer. De superior kamer is goed. Maar in Nederland verwacht je voor dat geld een betere kamer. Ik heb geen andere hotelkamers in Zamalek gezien, dus geen vergelijkingsmateriaal. Verder is het schoon, elke dag schone handdoeken en lakens.Qua toeristische informatie is het mager. Ze kunnen een chauffeur regelen voor de hele dag voor x dollar. Voor de piramides op één dag is dat perfect, voor de rest kan je beter een Uber regelen.

Le petit déjeuner est bon sauf le café lyophilisé et l'absence de thé traditionnel.Les confitures sont sous plastique en portions individuelles, ça serait bien d'éviter des déchets superflus.Il serait appréciable d'avoir des bières en grand format et à prix acceptable.Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues avec la télévision et de nombreux programmes.

Daniel aube: I recently stayed at this location and it was the most wonderful experience. the hotel is a little further away than the hustle and bustle of Cairo but by only a few minutes more but ever so worth it for the quietness. The staff are simply amazing and very caring in their hospitality. the rooftop terrace is a such a great escape and i especially liked the chirp of the birds. the hotel recommended Angie as a guide and she was such a joy to learn from when touring the pyramids. this is simply a great hotel to stay at and a chance to experience a more local flavor to Cairo. I highly recommend this place

Min Cheng: The location is great. The higher floors had views to the Nile River. But check-in took more than an hour at 7pm. Their reason was that the rooms had not been cleaned yet. My room, #529, was in need of repairs. Many outlets did not work properly. There was no hair dryer in the room. Only half of the water would go up through shower head. The toilet leaked all night. Breakfast food was not fresh. The barley porridge had spoiled milk smell. The cut fruit tasted like it was the leftover from the previous day.I would not recommend this hotel.

Alicia Cores González: No se alojen en este hotel!Tenemos tres noches reservadas en este hotel, la primera noche llegada a las 3h de la mañana y nos encontramos con una habitación inhabitable. Reclamos al hotel al día siguiente mostrándole las fotografías, por las condiciones en las que nos tienen y no les importa el cliente. Lo único que nos ofrecen es pagar más dinero (75€ por noche y habitación) para tener una habitación en condiciones. Después de haber pagado ya una gran cantidad de dinero a Soltour.Nos encontramos en la planta séptima en una habitación de los años sesenta, ruido insoportable a todas horas del tráfico, olor a tabaco en la habitación, ducha que no funciona, suciedad, moho, camas rotas, mucho frío, sin mantas … no son condiciones de tener alojados a los clientes en un Hotel Hilton.No recomiendo a nadie que se aloje en este hotel ni que reserve ningún viaje con la empresa Soltour.Es muy posible que se ponga enfermo durante su viaje por Egipto como nuestro caso, un crucero por el Nilo con estancia en El Cairo Hotel Ramses Hilton organizado por la empresa Soltour.No malgasten su dinero en este hotel, cuesta mucho esfuerzo ganarlo para luego terminar viendo situaciones desagradables durante sus vacaciones.Esto no son vacaciones!Actualizo cometario por la respuesta del hotel, no nos cambio el hotel por voluntad propia las habitaciones. Reclamamos a nuestra agencia de viajes, ellos desde España reclamaron a Soltour. Un delegado de Soltour en El Cairo se presentó en el hotel y cambiaron a algunas personas de habitaciones, otras las dejaron en las de los años 60, a la gente más mayor (nada considerados).El cambio de habitación supuso estar pegado a la obra de la reforma del hotel. Nada de tranquilo.Rooms: No reúne las condiciones de habitabilidad.Noteworthy details: Huyan de estar alojados aquí, a este hotel no le importa el cliente y en que condiciones los tiene. Lo más desagradable que nos hemos encontrado como país y como empresas. Sólo quieren sacarte el dinero. Esto es una trampa para turistas.

Ana Bruges: Terrible. DEF NOT A 5 STAR HOTEl. Lack basic amenities like drinks in the room, Jaír dryer, no robes, no international programming (these are the amenities that make a hotel 5 star) Save yourself and do not stay here. The elevators literally SHAKE very heavily while going up, the carpet is stained and damaged everywhere, the people in the front desk are rude and condescending. We checked in at 4 am and asked for TWO nights thinking we would get charged for an early check in and the two nights we requested. They charged the early check in as a full night and did not tell us about it even when we asked the front desk to confirm that it was two nights, they just charged it. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in my whole life and I’ve traveled half of the world.

Mario Romero: El hotel funciona solo en parte, administrado por ex empleados, la recepción esta en el cuarto piso, el barrio es algo oscuro aunque este en pleno centro, las personas que te atienden son amables pero poco profesionales, tienen WiFi y agua caliente, pero el edificio esta algo abandonado.

Yiping Wang: Stuffs are friendly, but the room is as shabby as every hotel around this area. The ladder inside the hotel is narrow, so if you have a big size luggage goes with you, this is a point should be considered.

E£60 pounds. ($3.50) cleaned my room and i never was once unhappy....make sure you use the elevator on the left and the doors are closed completely otherwise elevator wont move hotel is on floor 6. Egyptian museum a block a away tarhr square 2 blocks away shopping is a block away o my i spent so much shopping. ENJOY

The casino only accept USD and you can only get USD from your credit card at the casino, there are no bank machines dispensing USD at the hotel. You will not get any drinks at the Casino quickly as they mess around with you. Casino staff is different than hotel staff and are not as nice. You will need a foreign passport to enter, there no exceptions unless you look like a white foreign tourist perhaps they will stop checking you for a passport after you show them once.The room was old and run down but it was clean. The hot water stopped working on my last day and nobody had an explanation or what was really doing anything about it. It stopped and started with little pressure. This made me late for my excursion, if it was not a private booking I would have missed it. When I checked out all I got was a empty apology. For the price and stature they should have taken care of me.
pepi mpezirgianni: This amazing group of hotels is expanded around a large area with hotels,spa,pool,gym, restaurants, museum, cafe, walking paths, garden, fountain ect. In the interior you can admire the marble stairs,statues, carved furniture, romantic lighting and long corridors . Rooms are cozy,spacy, clean and nice decorated with big beds. It is a great experience.

Racheal Smith: We were supposed to stay at an apartment near by and because of our delayed flight there was no one there to check us in. So they sent us here for the night until someone was available at the other location! These owners were the most pleasant and hospitality people we have yet to meet while in Cairo. They were so kind and made sure we were well taken care of! Very friendly and so generous to accommodate us on such a short notice! I will recommend them to anyone planning to visit cairo. For what the city is worth, this place is amazing and we wish they had availability for us to stay there our entire trip! D. San: We stayed one night, because it was paid for. Cancelled the rest. Crumbling walls, bathroom in the room was open air (no ceiling), the door didn’t close. It’s basically a ceiling-less closet with a toilet/shower/sink all on top of each other. Has to be seen to believed.The staff was friendly enough, offering coffee and the breakfast was pretty nice.There is a common room, but the staff are in there 80% of the time, so you’re not really able to use it.Wifi is terrible. Hardly works in the room. It looks like a dial up phone modem. 😳Photos don’t match up. There is no pool. There is not carpeted room. Red room is real tho, they’re all red.

Рядом с отелем куча банков, обменников, много ресторанов, фаст-фуд, всякие лавочки и одежда. Можно дойти до Нила минут за 10. Проживание было с завтраком, тоже все хорошо, управляющий Мустафа заблаговременно уточнял у нас, на какое время делать, и мы без проблем могли просить любое время.Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный.В процессе проживания оказалось, что Мустафа шеф повар, и по нашему желанию может приготовить нам обед или ужин, чем мы и воспользовались в конце. Это был наш самый вкусный и недорогой ужин 😄так как те места, в которых мы ранее ели, будь то ресторан или какое нибудь кфс - там было всегда не вкусно, а в ресторанах ещё выходило очень дорого, так как египтяне постоянно клянчили деньги.

Andra BuddhaChrist: The hotel has a nice style, they are friendly and welcoming. However, my room's window would not open. They did not wake up to serve breakfast, because they were up late. Sometimes they will wake up, to serve breakfast, sometimes they won't, it depends on their mood. They are smoking a lot, in the reception, so the air is not too clean, the entrance downstairs is dirty, and there is no elevator to the 3rd floor. Breakfast is good, if you get the chance to have them serve it to you. Location is also good. I personally, would not go back there.
MANSOOR ESKANDER: They made me come to the hotel for breakfast at 8am and they did not open the door. After that, instead of presenting an appologize, the personnel said I was no there and started to lie. I said I will post a bad recommendation, not for missing the breakfast, but for being dishonest. Next thing I know, they canceled my booking in booking.com, and marked me as a NO SHOW. When I confronted the owner about this, he still did not present an apology but threw to my face that he invited me for dinner the previous day and so on - typical manipulative behaviour. That is the level of responsibility and integrity of these people. I do not recommend.

Aura Montes Ramos: A mi me encanto¡. Está en el centro de la ciudad, lo que facilita llegar a varios lugares y conseguir siempre comida, tiene una estación de metro cerca. El wi fi funciona bien. Se encuentra en el 3er piso del edificio, no tiene ascensor, la habitación es súper comoda, tiene agua caliente, ventilador, y nevera. Si eres delicad@ con el ruido alejate de la ciudad.La atención en recepción es excelente, siempre están pendiente de que tengas botellas de agua. Lo recomiendo, claro que si¡ Y el jugo de guayaba estaba sabrosisimo¡
oussama sayari: Si je donne une note de 4 étoile c'est parce que que que l'hôtel est vraiment agréable de point de vue emplacement et accessibilité à tout les lieux vitaux comme les cafés et les restaurants, cobri assr el nil, et aussi bien les endroits touristiques comme le musée égyptien, palais Abdine, musée des arts islamique... Pour les chambres ce sont très propres et en phase de modernisation personnellement j'étais logés dans une chambre récemment modernisée, bien équipée, le seul inconvénient qu'elle est un peux petite.Pour le personnel de l'hôtel il est très aimable et serviable d'un coup tu te sent dans un espace familiale , Saoûdi est un type bien et très gentil que je remercie beaucoup, Walid aussi le propriétaire de l'hôtel est un homme très coopératif et qui peut te donner conseils pour votre séjour.
