TOM PHELAN: The hotel is impeccably clean. The staff are friendly and always on hand to assist. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels whilst working for my company and this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The executive lounge is fantastic. The breakfasts and dinner choices are great and they change the dinner options everyday which is great as I stayed for 16 nights. I used the gym a few times and it's fantastic. It has weights, running machines etc. There is a lovely outdoor pool also. Honestly, I can't fault the hotel, Stay if you can, you won't regret it.

C E: We stayed in the room 258 and after two nights I have to go straight to the physiotherapist because I can’t move my back. The bed and pillows that used to be the jewel of any Marriott Hotel is here the worst nightmare. The mattress is old and it is in a terrible shape. The bathroom looked very old and it’s not well maintained. Also, the view from our room was really ugly and we weren’t allowed to use the terrace as they were painting the front of building. The staff is very nice and professional.

sherien roshdy: the place is good but the owner is very rude , had a horrible experience with him interrupting my sisters wedding ! , changes his promises , the place is devoid of any services and they operate the waterfall only for an hour although they never say this when u first meet and pay the fee for the placethe room is not private at all not the best place for the bride to get preparedthe toilets are devoid of any soap or toilet papers u have to bring yours and i bought mine yet at the end of the day i couldnot find a whole bottle of soap!!! and when asked about it the girl there told me someone must have take it! they claim they will protect all your belongings even if it is money or gold yet i got robbed of a bottle of soap!

Definitely many different rooms and what you may expect from the advertised photography is not what you will necessarily get.Over the phone it is very difficult to deal with the hotel, emails will work best and do not expect a response right away.The food was great. The hotel is on the pricey side both for staying and food.Walking distance you can find few shows and a gas station that has snacks and foods, cigarettes, etc.You could walk to the Pyramids if you like but I would arrange a taxi to be honest if it is a hot.The views are spectacular. A word of warning the pyramid view rooms are great but most are somewhat obstructed. The rooms are a bit old and the hotel itself is a bit old.Security is good. Oddly many taxi drivers had difficulty finding the place due to road closures and familiar ways they knew how to arrive their, but they would ask a local andIt is about 45 minutes to 1 hours away from the airport depending on traffic, there is almost always traffic in Cairo.
