May Farag: My washing machine broke on March 11th and Samsung Service came to get it get two days ago. They said it would be returned tomorrow. They made me pay for the parts before returning the washing machine. I still haven't received the washing machine and it seems like they may have stole it. The customer service was very slow and unhelpful. The laborers turned their phone off and I couldn't contact them. They also left me on read on WhatsApp. This is unacceptable service. I want my washing machine back and fixed because I payed in advance.
Amr Hussein: 2 years and 3 month ago I bought 8 smart TVs manufactured by SAMSUNG from a store in Cairo (B-TECH)the 8 screens were of different sizes from 55" to 86"I started using the screens only 8 months ago and suddenly one of them had a problem (not turning on)the malfunctioned one was used for ONLY 100 hoursI called Samsung maintenance center and I started to explain the problem and they said this malfunction is common and no need to send someone to check (it is corrupted panel) , they are now asking me to pay almost 75% of the price of similar one to repair the screen OR they can give me 15% discount if I'm buying a new one.the customer service employee is ONLY talking about PAYING money in provocative way . I've asked them if they can check the working hours of their device and the answer was it is not possible.now I should pay for the manufacturing defects of SMASUNG.the funny thing is the stores are selling the product they offered me with lower price than the one Samsung gave me after discount.Samsung Egypt is sabotaging Samsung electronic industry

TAREQ EGYPTIAN: Samsung Egypt is the winner of the worst services and after sale customer care everI had bought my home air conditions and two unites of 55” curve TVLet me spite it out sadly; they were broken out and for years i have been dealing with Samsung customer service and their approved proxies for maintenance; nothing have been fixed up, in addition to the very clumsy, unprofessional staff..I have replaced all now by LG, i could discover the profound differences in quality and customer care..I sent the same message to head quarter in south Korea, to save their bright brand name from that filthy mud on that Egyptian agent…

Ibrahim Abdel Halim: unfortunately you have proven that your one of the worst service centers for Samsung ever and that is why your sales figure for high end devices is plungingBuying a z fold 3 not even using it as my daily driver and that’s what I facedUnfortunately the device slipped from my hand and the front screen broke despite the fact it has been dropped on wooden floor at homeI went to service center and changed the front screen and while I am changing it I found that their is hair thing scratch in the frame color with not dent so I asked for frame replacement and I will pay for it as well he told me we have to change the whole inner screen with the frame , I told them no problem and I used the discount cord for the inner screen and they replace it and when I went to receive the phone the s pen was not working and after several attempts and 2 days more in the service center they said they fix it it was calibration issue not to mention that the service center representative said you can use the phone like this s pen is an accessory as if I should be accepting the factLater , and after less than 2 months the inner screen broke out of the bloom and they said in the service center the following:This a life time “ 2 months life time” astonishingWe won’t replace the screen for free as your device warranty expired last month and the replaced screen 2 months back is not covered by warranty extend warranty it’s warranty ends with the device warranty which is so weird to meI was planning to add z fold 4 a week before this incident and I totally changed my mind and kept my daily driver the iPhone 13 Pro Max and added the 14 pro max instead of Samsung product good job Samsung for losing another client
