Rami Hagag: I handed them my scooter to fix it three months ago and since then it's been a nightmare really.Terrible customer service except for Mr. Walid who is really helpful but even he couldn't help me.The maintenance would not answer your calls and would not give you an estimated time and if they do they would not commit to anything.Terrible experience. I have not received my scooter yet and the weird thing is that I'm being told a different story explaining the delay every time.I uses to love this place but unfortunately the maintenance is quite a nightmare.
