P J: Awesome Turkish food. The starters were fantastic, mains brilliant and dessert was heavenly. The fresh mango juice was so good with bits, I could have had another glass. Overall, the place was divide, worth a try if you are in the neighbourhood. We ordered Hünkârbeğendi for the main and hunkar begendi dessert. The bread is divine, service is excellent and so is the ambience.

Nadia Alshahrani: The only wow factor is the vibes. The food is so average and overpriced, which is expected as it is inside the hotel. The waiters are nice and accommodating but the chef needs to work on the recipe. Overall, there are better options in Cairo.

Kim Stephanian: This is a really special place! We were staying at the Kempinski 3 nights. On the 2nd night we tried this restaurant and loved it so much we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else the following night. The plates were gorgeous, the restaurant was gorgeous. They brought jasmine water to the table to wash our hands before the meal. The wine was lovely. Everything we ate was delicious. The staff was so friendly, warm and helpful with the unfamiliar things on the menu. Just. So. Amazing. Get the Doner Tas Kebab. 🤤 It’s been 3 weeks and we’re still talking about that meal.

NYALA WALKER: 5 FOOD! 3 SERVICE! Authentic Thai Cuisine! The SOUPS may have been my favorite part. The Tom Kha Coconut soup and Tom Yam Spicy shrimp were delicious and took me back to Thailand. ALL Dishes were plated and presented well and tasted DELICIOUS! We also ordered wine, spicy beef salad, spring rolls, and two entrees! My only issue was that they did not recommend the ‘Tasting Menu’ to my partner and I after seeing us order several courses! It would have been more cost effective and we would have gotten a chance to try more dishes. I couldn’t tell if it was the language barrier, racism or simple oversight on the part of our server. (We are Ghanaian, When I asked ‘why?’ no one could explain, yet it was offered to a table next door to ours) Overall GOOD experience. Just wish this restaurant was overlooking the NILE like their Italian one.
Gventures: The best Thai restaurant in Cairo! I love Thai food. I have been to Thailand, and I used to work at a Thai owned and operated restaurant in the US, so I know what the food should taste like. They do a fantastic job here! I have been several times now (living in Cairo 1.5 years, tried all the Thai spots in Cairo, this one is the best, and I will be back again). xinge yang: 这家店评分高的原因是吃饭时候服务员会要求你扫码打分。整体来说是酒店楼里比较高端的餐厅，氛围很静谧，服务员幽默风趣，味道不错，口味偏咸，上菜慢，但是小吃很不错。有酒，三五好友点一点吃的，然后慢慢喝点酒，是很舒服的。我们每人都点了主食，再加上小菜，没吃完，没点酒，人均20美元出头。The reason why this restaurant has a high rating is because the waiter asked you to scan a code to leave a review during your meal. Overall, it's a high-end restaurant located in a hotel building with a quiet atmosphere. The waiters are funny, the food tastes good but it's a little salty. The main dishes are slow to arrive, but the snacks are very good. They have wine, which is perfect for three or five friends to order a little food and slowly enjoy their drinks. It's a comfortable experience. Each of us ordered a main course and some small plates, but we couldn't finish everything. We didn't order wine, and the total cost was just over $20 per person.

Ed Wrede: SACHI Heliopolis was the spot I took to take my wife on her birthday, during our Cairo trip.Unfortunately, SACHI didn't live up to my expectations.The menu was available online and I suggest everyone review it beforehand.I ordered the filet mignon while my wife had the mushroom risotto. I ordered my filet medium and it arrived rare-blue. The texture was great, but not what I ordered and I didn't want to send my dish back while my wife ate alone.Her risotto was HEAVILY over-seasoned and almost difficult to eat it was so salty.We ordered 2 mocktails as drinks which sounded amazing but the lemonade mocktail was almost undrinkable it was so sour and the other was unremarkable.My "from the heart" fondant dessert was just SLIGHTLY over-cooked which meant the inside was congealed instead of flowing out when the outside was broken as one hopes for from a fondant.We ate at a number of amazing places during our stay in Cairo and while I don't feel SACHI was bad, it was meant to be a highlight and just didn't turn out to be unfortunately.

We were greeted by Yousef who was welcoming and very helpful with recommendations on what we should order. Needless to say, our trust was not misplaced. Ali Nanji: We came for dinner, first of all my starter came after 45 min and on top a wrong one came, it took another 20 min to get the right one. My main course came half an hour later so literally my dinner was after 1.5 hours. The shrimp were big but the accompiments with it was not even enough for a 5 year old. The fettuccine pasta was damn blend and seemed like not cooked enough that my wife left it after few bites. I would rate the pasta as 2/10.Horrible service at the Blue restaurant. They are only good for breakfast.The osmani restaurant at Kempinski is way better than this one.

Uno de los mejores desayunos que he probado en hoteles. estupendos huevos benedictinos y gran variedad de panes.magnífico servicio muy atento a todo. totalmente recomendable aunque reconozco que en cuanto al precio no puedo opinar ya que teníamos el desayuno incluido en el hotel en el que se encuentra Kempinski Nile Hotel y por eso no le doy la 5 estrella.

Constantinos Melachrinos: Nowhere near Five star restaurant except the prices, undeservedly so. The lamb and beef were overcooked, the tablecloth was dirty, the service was severely lacking and inattentive. The flavors were very bland, and the decor dated. I wish I had eaten somewhere else. I was asked for my room number twice, as if I didn't belong there. But I was not asked if I was thirsty and when I ordered water it took more than 10 minutes and 7 euros to arrive (750ml) before tax and service. Do yourself a favor and find better and more welcoming venues. Egyptian people elsewhere are much more welcoming than what I felt here.
