Sohabe Hashmi: Location is pretty decent and near the bustle of Cairo. Service was decent. Great hotel and lobby area, they don't build them like this anymore. Upscale feeling. A lot of shops and restaurants. There was entertainment. Food was decent. Service was pretty good.The casino was small but decent. The casino only accept USD and you can only get USD from your credit card at the casino, there are no bank machines dispensing USD at the hotel. You will not get any drinks at the Casino quickly as they mess around with you. Casino staff is different than hotel staff and are not as nice. You will need a foreign passport to enter, there no exceptions unless you look like a white foreign tourist perhaps they will stop checking you for a passport after you show them once.The room was old and run down but it was clean. The hot water stopped working on my last day and nobody had an explanation or what was really doing anything about it. It stopped and started with little pressure. This made me late for my excursion, if it was not a private booking I would have missed it. When I checked out all I got was a empty apology. For the price and stature they should have taken care of me.

In the interior you can admire the marble stairs,statues, carved furniture, romantic lighting and long corridors . Rooms are cozy,spacy, clean and nice decorated with big beds. It is a great experience.

My parents traveled to Egypt with Memphis Tours in November, 2022. They had always wanted to visit Egypt so I really wanted them to have a good time! Memphis Tours is a reliable tour company with knowledgeable tour guides and courteous, competent tour organisers. They make themselves available to you whenever you need them, they accommodate your needs as much as possible and arrange everything so that you can have a great time with minimal effort. They took into account my parents' needs as senior citizens and I felt comfortable and confident with their care. The only small glitch was that on the day my parents were supposed to go on their Abu Simbel tour, there were some delays with leaving and they subsequently had to wait a long time before their flight. This happened because of a last minute change, which could have been better managed. But these things do happen and we understand that they cannot always be helped. B. GX: Avis Memphis tourExcellente organisation de la part de Memphis tour, depuis la planification du voyage, jusque la fin du séjour. Il est possible de voir avec l’agence pour organiser un voyage personnalisé en fonction de ses souhaits.L’ensemble des transferts ainsi que des visites étaient extrêmement bien coordonnés et à l’heure (excepté le transfert à Hurghada). Les hôtels étaient très bien sélectionnés par l’agence et magnifiques.L’accueil au Caire a été excellent, depuis notre arrivée à notre transfert à Louxor. Le guide francophone privé était très professionnel et passionné par son sujet.Nous avons été très satisfaits du bateau sur lequel nous avons embarqué (MS Quest), le personnel était très attentif et accueillant.Mention spéciale au guide qui nous a accompagnés pour l’ensemble des visites sur la croisière, Ahmed, qui au-delà de son professionnalisme, nous a permis de découvrir l’histoire de l’Égypte autrement, avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de générosité !!En synthèse, un grand merci à Memphis tour pour l’organisation de ce beau voyage !

Christina E: The best part about this company was the booking. They gave the illusion to be really helpful and to accommodate all of our needs. Once the tour started it was a mess every step of the way. The room allocation wasn't correct (despite talking endlessly to confirm this was correct prior to the trip), the guide loved the sound of his own voice and didnt allow for anyone to ask any questions, had to fight for a refund on an activity which was cancelled and had to spend time explaining to the tour guide what activities we were supposed to do as he didn't have much of a clue. Every taxi booked i had to speak with numerous people to confirm timings and locations. They really did bare minimum. They kept saying they were going to do something special for us, as it was a family trip for my father's 70th, and nothing. Don't be fooled by the good sales team!

Pessimi ristoranti prenotati, guide che ti fanno pagare di più per il giro in cammello e che dicono che non si possono visitare le tombe di Saqqara (non è vero, diffidate). La sensazione è che sei uno dei tanti: non hanno voglia di trasmettere e raccontare la meravigliosa civiltà egizia…siete solo un numero per loro. Diffidate. E fidatevi del vostro istinto e non dei negozi dove vi porteranno!!
Falk von der Heyde: Haben über Memphis Tours mehrere Touren gebucht: Halbtagesausflüge in Kairo, Angelausflug Assuan und Schiffsreise auf dem Nil. Insgesamt hat alles sehr gut geklappt und war sehr schön. Hätten 5 Sterne gegeben, wenn der Guide auf dem Schiff besser gewesen wäre (Deutsch war recht schlecht und daher konnte er uns die Temple nicht so gut erklären oder Fragen beantworten). Zudem empfanden wir die Preise für die zwei Ausflüge in Kairo als zu hoch im Vergleich zu anderen Ausflügen gleicher Qualität.

Bianca Bargallo: The worst tour company. Thankfully we made some good connections with some of the tour guides who were willing to help us with all the difficulties we experienced. From horrible hotel and cruises to 3am domestic flights and over 200.00 dollars in excess baggage fees. Fees that could have been avoided if Memphis tours would have communicated properly. Even when we felt we could potentially be in danger due to riots in Israel, there was no one to talk to us, the contact number they gave us was not even working.

We spent 3 days in Cairo, tour guide with our itinerary, then it was on to Luxor for a four day cruise, a different guide who met us at the airport "Ash" who sailed with us also guided us personally through our adventure. I would recommend Memphis Tours
Caron Koumbatis: Experiencing Great Frustration with them They do not reply to Whats App or Email. Tour was booked for Egypt for a rather large crowd from Cruise Ship MSC Sinfonia. Due to bad weather we could not dock at all. We have tried to contact them about the arrangement and not even the decency of a reply!a lot of people who were booked on the tour of valley of kings very frustrated with the way Memphis tours has chosen not to communicate at all. We paid R6000.00 ZAR for tour.
Tara Wilson: This company made my first trip to Egypt the best experience ever. Abanoub Nazimi worked hard to tell us fun facts while testing us so we would remember. We started with Abu Simbel, Nile cruise and lastly Saqqara. I added an extra day and Memphis accommodated. I had a medical emergency and Abanoub made sure I saw a doctor at a hotel. He took very good care of us and met every need. I will definitely use there service again and tell all my friends!

Super preparata e gentilissima, ha risposto a tutte le nostre curiosità in maniera esaustiva e simpatica. Mamdouh Hosni, che invece ci ha accompagnato durante tutta la crociera. Anche lui estremamente preparato e molto coinvolgente nei racconti e nelle spiegazioni. Penso che sia anche merito loro se il nostro viaggio è stato perfetto. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio!

From the pick up at the airport to the daily guided tours, everything was enjoyable and seamless. our tour manager Mohammed Emam did an amazing job. He put his best effort in every single detail. Our first tour guide was Sayed Amin, he was amazing such a nice and kind person very knowledge. Nile River was an astonished! Our tour guide during the river trip was Ibrahim amazing too! Memphis tour went above and beyond to make our experience an unforgettable one. it was my dream that came true and Memphis really made it wonderful . I truly look forward to traveling with Memphis Tours again!
