Salah Mandour: أكدوا علينا في التليفون نحضر الساعة التاسعة صباحا عشان نعمل الأشعة لوالدتي المبالغة من العمر 83 عام ولما وصلنا الساعة التاسعة لم نجد الدكتور حضر بعد ولم يأتي إلا الساعة العاشرة إلا ثلث مع العلم أن اليوم الخميس 4 مايو أجازة عيد العمال والشوارع فاضيةوبعدين قالولنا الساعة العاشرة والربع إن الدكتور لم يبدأ بعد لأن معه عملية صغيرة بيعملها وبعد كده يبدأ في الإيكو مع العلم إن والدتي عندها نزيف من القولون والانتظار متعب جدا لكن للإسف الدكتور المصري مابيحترمش لا مواعيده ولا العيانين وكذلك المركز إلي سامحله بالممارسات الي من النوع ده

Abdel Hameed Abou EL Dahab: المكان لانه قريب من منزلي فا عندما يطلب الطبيب مني اجراء اشعات اذهب الي مصر للاشعة فرع التجمع الخامس بالتسعين الشمالي بجوار المستشفي الجوي . المكان به مشكله كبيرة جدا وهي انتظار السيارات للاسف الشديد ان تجد مكان للسيارة شيء صعب جدا والمرور يكون متواجد امام المركز لازاله اي سيارة تقف مخالفة المكان من الداخل نظيف ومنظم ولكن طبعا يوجد زحام وانتطار قليلا ولكن جودة الاطباء والاجهزة تجعلك تنتظر حيث ان مصر للاشعه تمتاز بالكفائه ودقه التشخيص

P S: Great facility and well equipped but the staff is VERY reluctant and laid back as if they don't want to work! Receptionist ignoring me talking to her acting busy with her mobile!! Then waited for the scan although there is no queue to find out that the technician was downstairs eating (?) That is what I was told by the staff. How can one have a lunch break at 10 am?Parking outside the building is a nightmare.

Samah Diab: اسواء مكان يروح فيه مريض للاشعه.البرج الاشعه افضل لانهم يحترموا المواعيدلكن مصر للاشعه سيئه من حيث احترام المرضى .مهما اخدت ميعاد نفضل قاعد ساعه ويزيد علشان تعتل الاشعه. بلا احترام للمريض . للاسف الشديد مكان كان من الممكن بإمكانياته انه يكون جيد جدا. لكن من المواضع انه مش موضوع امكانيات نهائي . الموضوع احترام للمريض واحترام للمواعيد.

Sara Elkhayat: Highly crowded place. reports are issued after 48 hrs. you need to wait a long while for your turn. Therefore, you tend to visit more than once per check up for reservation, examination, as well as, report receiving.
solly stories: Worst experience ever, doctors are rude, they refuse to answer questions , they write wrong reports ,they have no experience ,wrong ultrasound report they sad i was sick with some liver and kidney disease which i werenot..I will never go there again

Mimmo 7320: After asking the hotline of these laboratories about the price of the quick corona swab, they say that the swab price is 450 poundsI go directly there and they tell me that the swab costs 680 pounds, and then when I told them that I called the hotline and that they said that the price is 450 pounds, the employee asked and knew that the price he said was wrong and that the correct price is what I said, which is 450 pounds for the swab.After paying, he told me that the result of the swab will be after 48 hours. I told him how the swab is quick and that it does not come out on the same day??I refused to do the smear and got the money back. After researching, I discovered that the laboratory laboratories make the swab for 250 pounds, and its results come out after a quarter of an hour, and I actually did it there.And that's how I made the swab at a lower price and faster time!!!I do not recommend Cairo Scan!!

fadi agami: My mother went yesterday to do CT scan at Cairo Scan Tahrir branch. Unfortunately, the technician (nurse) inside the room was very unprofessional, very rude in her way of talking, not wearing a mask, and overall a very bad experience. I really hope she gets further training on how to communicate with patients and perform her job because she is a very BAD image for this place.
Ali El Alfy: Receptionist was cold and didn't return my greeting. They didn't have change and expected me to go find it. And though i booked an appointment they weren't ready to see me on time.The lab technicians were very kind and professional but I won't be back.
