Ahmed Essam Saad: Service and food is terrible, there are only two people working in the whole place and they barely notice you. The food and coffee took almost an hour and half just to be ready and tasted so bad; The shakshuka was so watery and pancakes were undercooked. Would definitely never come here again.

Dahlia El Atawy: Our annual Iftar destination; quality, food presentation and quantity never changed; perfect as every year. Staff always friendly and attentive. Many thanks beautiful ladies Yasmine and Salma for warm and professional welcoming and receiving our feedback. Thanks Fahmy and Mohamed for friendly and attentive service. Thanks Chef Mohamed for delicious food. Iftar open buffet included grilled kofta, shish tawook, lamp, beef sausage, Fish Arous, sharkasia, meat fata, pasta, chicken with mushrooms, molokeya, kobeiba, cheese sambousak, buffet salad, buffet desserts and Ramadan drinks. Really all items were tasty and delicious; cooked to perfection. Highly recommended restaurant as we go every year during Ramadan and always meet our expectation and beyond.
suvarnna p.s.: What an amazing place to eat, unwind. The food is amazing. The spread is decent. The staff are amazing, friendly and warm. They go an extra mile to make you comfortable. Travelling with a child ,lhas it's challenges. The staff- Maryam, Eslam, Nasser and Haidy made my child so comfortable. The ambience is good. The peacocks present a show as well. Most recommended!!!Kid-friendliness: Staff make the child feel comfortable. They even provide meals on special request for them. They took my child out for interaction with peacocks.
Fabrice Hampoh: This place is just awesome. I loved eating with good songs performed by singer and piano player. The foods and beverages were also great. I loved the pasta with red sauce from the Chef. I love how customizable it could be. Thanks to Mr Osoma Ellatar for the speecial service. The warmth of the welcoming made a difference. I stayed in Hilton Cairo Heliopolis in room 3109 for a business trip and it was always a pleasure to get down at My kind of Place to grab a bite. Thumbs up to you guys..

TOM PHELAN: The hotel is impeccably clean. The staff are friendly and always on hand to assist. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels whilst working for my company and this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The executive lounge is fantastic. The breakfasts and dinner choices are great and they change the dinner options everyday which is great as I stayed for 16 nights. I used the gym a few times and it's fantastic. It has weights, running machines etc. There is a lovely outdoor pool also. Honestly, I can't fault the hotel, Stay if you can, you won't regret it.

C E: We stayed in the room 258 and after two nights I have to go straight to the physiotherapist because I can’t move my back. The bed and pillows that used to be the jewel of any Marriott Hotel is here the worst nightmare. The mattress is old and it is in a terrible shape. The bathroom looked very old and it’s not well maintained. Also, the view from our room was really ugly and we weren’t allowed to use the terrace as they were painting the front of building. The staff is very nice and professional.
