TOM PHELAN: The hotel is impeccably clean. The staff are friendly and always on hand to assist. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels whilst working for my company and this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The executive lounge is fantastic. The breakfasts and dinner choices are great and they change the dinner options everyday which is great as I stayed for 16 nights. I used the gym a few times and it's fantastic. It has weights, running machines etc. There is a lovely outdoor pool also. Honestly, I can't fault the hotel, Stay if you can, you won't regret it.

C E: We stayed in the room 258 and after two nights I have to go straight to the physiotherapist because I can’t move my back. The bed and pillows that used to be the jewel of any Marriott Hotel is here the worst nightmare. The mattress is old and it is in a terrible shape. The bathroom looked very old and it’s not well maintained. Also, the view from our room was really ugly and we weren’t allowed to use the terrace as they were painting the front of building. The staff is very nice and professional.

Lara Al Huneidi: I had my dog here for two weeks while traveling and while they were helpful in sending pictures and videos of him while I was gone and also keeping him for an extra day at last notice because of an issue with my ticket (I paid for it at pick up), they clearly do not do enough to ensure that the dogs staying are healthy and not ill. I picked up my dog and wasn’t told anything about him being ill although minutes into the ride I could hear him breathing poorly, coughing and throwing up when we got home. I got him checked immediately and was told he has kennel cough, an airborne respiratory disease that’s very contagious. So obviously they had other dogs in the boarding coughing, meaning it is a very noticeable illness to avoid having within the kennel. When I reached out I was told not to worry and that it’s most likely a flu. It has been over three weeks now of my poor dog being severely ill and visiting the vet multiple times. It is a shame to have paid this much money to supposedly care for my dog only to pay so much more for his health after having taken him from Eastwind.

Sherin Elansary: Nice dog kennel with careful helpers inside. Was attending my friend's doggy birthday there. The helpers are always attentive to the dogs, watching their behavior with other dogs, checking them on the entrance and when exitting.

Min Cheng: The location is great. The higher floors had views to the Nile River. But check-in took more than an hour at 7pm. Their reason was that the rooms had not been cleaned yet. My room, #529, was in need of repairs. Many outlets did not work properly. There was no hair dryer in the room. Only half of the water would go up through shower head. The toilet leaked all night. Breakfast food was not fresh. The barley porridge had spoiled milk smell. The cut fruit tasted like it was the leftover from the previous day.I would not recommend this hotel.

Carole Owens: We had a nice room at the museum side of the hotel. To be honest although pleasant, comfortable and clean was beginning to look a little bit tired. The staff were lovely, particularly Ibrahim at reception who was extremely helpful in retrieving my phone which I had left at our previous hotel in Luxor. Amazingly it arrived the next day!! How's that for service?Sadly the Italian restaurant on site provided possibly one of the worst meals I have ever had on holiday. I recommend you avoid it if possible. However the bar snacks and buffet are very nice.

"Hotel" super sucio por no decir que era un hostal, deberían de bajarle la categoría porque es totalmente una estafa.Tuvimos problemas con la limpieza de la habitación reclamamos en recepción porque no había quien pasase al baño y nos cambiaron de habitación , bueno pues este suceso nos pasó hasta en 4 habitaciones diferentes, una de las veces nos mandaron al hombre de la limpieza. Pues lo que hizo este señor fue surrealista cogió una balleta y gel del dispensador de manos y pasarlo por la bañera, con ese tipo de limpieza como no iba a tener esa suciedad.Solo decir que los días dos días que pasamos en el hotel no conseguimos meternos a esa bañera y nos lavamos como pudimos.Pedí una hoja de reclamaciones y me dijeron que no tenían constancia para poder dármela.Solo digo que sino queréis pasar un mal rato no vayáis a este hotel.

Hiram Lopez: Fantastic rooms. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Not too soft, and not to firm. Safe and mini-fridge included.The balcony offered a stunning view of the pyramids.Large luxurious bathroom.Be sure to turn on a light if using the toilet in the middle of the night. The swinging glass doors can easily be bumped into.The breakfast offered is high quality as one would expect from a Steigenberger. Having a basket to obtain spoons and forks would be nice as finding silverware and place settings become a bit chaotic as multiple groups of people cycle through the dining area throughout the morning.The live guitarist that plays in the evening on the pool patio was excellent!Nearby activities: You would be hard pressed to find a nicer hotel closer to the pyramids.

Y lo más importante, hay un cajero automático DENTRO del hotel lo que da mucha seguridad si hace falta sacar efectivo.
