Aisha Ruhia: We've been loyal customers to Radioshake street 9 for 2 years, our family members used to go there like every week to buy electronic things, we used to recommend it to everyone, friends, visitors, even for our airbnb guests! we put in out airbnb guide book for guests as local favorite electronic shop!!But not anymore!!we stopped it all and we deleted it from our Airbnb guide book!Two months ago we bought 3 different charging cables for Android for 600 le / 30 €each around 200 Le / 10 €as usual they say all their products has warranty for 3 months as long as you have the receipt.. ok good.. then two of the new cables that we bought wasn't working well after one month only!!!we went back we gave them the cables and the receipt they said we'll take only one cable first to send it to the repair office to be fixed or we will chang it for you then we will take the second one and do the same! .. ok good..we kept going back asking about it!!we kept calling on the phone to ask if it's done!!! every 10 days they say next week!!!!after a whole month!!! 30 bloody days!!!! we finally called to see what's going on and if we gonna get the fixed cable or a new one!the guy who works there Mohamed answered the phone and he was super careless, cold and rude! he didn't even make an effort to make the situation better! saying exactly this:"yeah we finally got an answer of the rapair office and they say it's broken and it's not under our warranty but because you're our loyal customers we gonna make a discount on the new cable you will by to replace the broken one" !!!!!! Like Seriously! WTH is wrong with you people! we told the rude guy:"no thank you we don't need anymore cables from your shop we sure gonna go buy new ones somewhere else! somewhere respectful!! but we gonna bring you back your second shity cable to send it as well to your great repair office and make them discounts "we went there directly after the call, went inside, give him the whole Radioshake plastic bag with the cables and the boxes inside and the guy was just smiling saying: "yeah ok tamam thank you"!!! thats it! and we didn't hear from them again!!
