G S: They were showing a a toy and lettting some kids try them. When my nephew asked kindly if he also could try they just brushed him off rudely. Needless to say we wont be spending any money in shop thats rude to children like that.

Oliver Hamoui: The shop is nice, the staff is kind and trying to atract the kids by playing with the toys and showing the kids the toys (which is fair and not too oushy). The variety of toys is good and the quality better than you find in other shops. The price is the average in Egypt (more expensice than abroad, but normal prices for a shop in this class in Egypt). The service is good and they are wrapping the toy in case you are buying a gift (and the wrapping paper as well the way they do it is fine). I hope I could help with this short report ;-)

Mohammed Saad: I had a very unpleasant situation there. I bought a gift from another branch and I was told I can exchange it from any branch within 14 days. I went to Dokki branch after just 4 days to exchange it and to my surprise the manager there is telling me that gifts with offers can’t be exchanged! Which is against the instructions of Consumer Protection Agency, and also differs from what I was told by them in Heliopolis branch! They were very rude and aggressive, one of them actually kept saying rude stuff while I was already leaving.

Abdel Hameed Abou EL Dahab: The famous toy and gift shop is located on Southern Teseen Street in the Fifth Settlement. The shop is huge and large, but the prices are very exaggerated. If you compare them to other toy stores, you will find them in other stores for less than their price. Of course, there are no offers or discounts on prices.
