Sara Truong G: The chicken satay is good but glass noodle (yum goon sen) and tom yum soup are aweful, lack of sour favor and too much salt. Not sure if the chez is Thai for real because the taste is not Thai at all. Do not recommend these 2 dishes. Still give a 3* because of the satay.

Chill vibes and friendly staff.We ordered veggie spring rolls, a chicken panang curry with some rice and a vegetable green curry with rice.It was interesting because Thai cuisine is very much vegetarian but there were only four vegetarian dishes identified on the entire menu - I asked for this one custom and the waiter confirmed it was doable and asked if I would like tofu. I said yes. The dish however had no tofu.The food was pretty good, although some tofu as a substitute for the meat would’ve gone a long way. The rice portions were also very small compared to the curry portions.Wouldn’t mind dining here again! Would recommend too if you’re after food other than Egyptian cuisine!

Karin Feldkamp: This Thai restaurant is amazing and authentic. The last time I had such devine Thai food was in Thailand. If you are looking for a change from Egyptian food, this is a rare find of a restaurant. We had Tom Yum Thai soup with amazing shrimp, followed by a green Thai curry with shrimp, which was light, complex in all it's flavors for your senses, and a brilliant white steamed snapper fish. NYALA WALKER: 5 FOOD! 3 SERVICE! Authentic Thai Cuisine! The SOUPS may have been my favorite part. The Tom Kha Coconut soup and Tom Yam Spicy shrimp were delicious and took me back to Thailand. ALL Dishes were plated and presented well and tasted DELICIOUS! We also ordered wine, spicy beef salad, spring rolls, and two entrees! My only issue was that they did not recommend the ‘Tasting Menu’ to my partner and I after seeing us order several courses! It would have been more cost effective and we would have gotten a chance to try more dishes. I couldn’t tell if it was the language barrier, racism or simple oversight on the part of our server. (We are Ghanaian, When I asked ‘why?’ no one could explain, yet it was offered to a table next door to ours) Overall GOOD experience. Just wish this restaurant was overlooking the NILE like their Italian one.
Gventures: The best Thai restaurant in Cairo! I love Thai food. I have been to Thailand, and I used to work at a Thai owned and operated restaurant in the US, so I know what the food should taste like. They do a fantastic job here! I have been several times now (living in Cairo 1.5 years, tried all the Thai spots in Cairo, this one is the best, and I will be back again). Overall, it's a high-end restaurant located in a hotel building with a quiet atmosphere. The waiters are funny, the food tastes good but it's a little salty. The main dishes are slow to arrive, but the snacks are very good. They have wine, which is perfect for three or five friends to order a little food and slowly enjoy their drinks. It's a comfortable experience. Each of us ordered a main course and some small plates, but we couldn't finish everything. We didn't order wine, and the total cost was just over $20 per person.

John Soanes: Hit and Miss Friendly staff, decent food on balance. The mixed appetizer was okay, not enough for two to share. The Tempura Prawns were a low point. It was not a tempura batter and the prawns were a bit mushy. The chicken dish was hot and flavourful enough, I didn't feel any of the dishes offered authentic Thai flavours.Given the other dining options I would recommend this Lan Tania.

We have ordered home delivery but it is not the same, in the local it is much better so I recommend going directly, near Maadi 9 street.I recommend eating some appetizer to start as they are the favorite part, good prices for the quality
Explore MyHood: This restaurant is located in a quiet area of Maadi and has plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. Decor and music add to an authentic ambience . Service was initially slow since we arrived right after noon and apparently they were just getting started. That being said, we ordered Chinese and Indian dishes all of which were tasty and plentiful. The appetizers of chicken satay and spring rolls were very good. Overall, this is now one of our favorite pan-Asian cuisine restaurants in Maadi with Chinese, Indian and Thai dishes and will make a trip back

Highly recommended 9/10Hot and sour soup was the best i have ever tried.Perfectly balanced 10/10Butter chicked tasted too sweed we had to add more salt to balance the taste 6/10Butterfly shrimp was crispy and crunchy perfec blend with the sweet souce. 10/10Sweet corn soup and shrimp lemon grass soup were good, we didnt like the peas with the soup. 8/10This restaurant became my favourite restaurant in this area.
