Dr. Shousha is professional, friendly, and attentive. The equipment is clean, new, and up to date. I recommend this dental place to everyone in need of any dental procedure.

Tahira Jabien: The clinic is nice and clean and the staff are friendly. However I do not recommend this clinic for periodental problems and implants. Please do extensive research before starting any treatment. Dr Ahmed is and endodontist and Dr Nouran is. Pedodontist. My unfortunate experience at the clinic proves they should not go near implants. Also explains Dr Nouran's nervousnouss treating me. some Google reviews are misleading and from family members and friends. Most of all look carefully at the qualifications and experience of those planning and delivering the treatment. I had to have my treatment redone elsewhere costing me a lot of money and resulting in a lot of trauma.

I wanted to make sure I had as great, or better care as I would at my normal US dental practice. So, I actually went to two dentists a week apart here in Cairo.Both offices were nice and had great modern equipment. And both dentists were nice people, however Dr. Islam is far more than a dentist. He's a professional. And a professor on the subject, training students in the field and educating patients as far as they'll let him.He has a level of passion for his work that only the greatest experts in any field do.This passion extends beyond talk. From the gentle waiting room lighting and tranquil music to the two assistants and way Dr Islam physically interacted with my mouth; the entire patient experience was a work of art.Dr. Islam is incredibly patient. He made sure I didn't feel rushed and encouraged me to ask every question I could think of.To top it all off he used just the right amount of pressure (0.25 Newtons/Square Meter if I recall what he said correctly) to clean my teeth and gums really, really well and to my amazement without any pain. It actually felt great. Like someone scratching an itch you just can't get with electric toothbrush and dental floss.About sterilization and sanitation practices at the office, Dr. Islam said he is always happy to be asked about this. He said when you have quality equipment you get excited to show it off. He has a top of the line sterilizer which creates a vacuum and then uses steam. (This is exactly what my dentist told me to look out for when I left the US).Dr. Islam and his assistants set a new bar in what I'll look for in medical professionals. Mohammad Allam: This is by far the best experience I ever had at a dentist, I'm really not marketing for them but a month ago I had four sessions and it was fantastic experience, here's why:- They're so experienced and good at dentist, It's been a month I can eat all kind of food just normally after I was struggling and had some teeth in horrible state (just was a little pain for the first week but I think it's normal thing).- Dr. Nora and the staff were so professional and extra nice, you don't feel you're at a dentist at all when it comes to the boring painful time, she tells you all the time what she is doing, she gives breaks, they play music and have screen in-front of patient with natural views.- Normally you get VIP like service, never had to wait for my turn, they use only good material for filling and so.- They followed up with me after some sessions by phone/WhatsApp, they had active WhatsApp contact for 24/7 help, after last session I had issue with one teeth and they offered to come immediately to the clinic and they fixed it with no wait and free of charge.- The clinic decoration is so nice and it's so clean.- Prices are fair compared to those fancy dental centers around, it could be a bit expensive compared to the low clinics around Cairo (those that you wouldn't really want to visit).
