Adel: 1. I called the place for a reservation for me and my date, wanted to make sure everything would be smooth. Was setting outside for two hours until the waiters asked us to step inside because there's a table of 15 people and there's not enough chairs! It wasn't a good situation and we decided to leave the place.2. This was a dry night starting 6PM, around 5:45PM we tried to order more cocktails and beers but the waiter informed us that they stopped serving alcohol, literally 5mins later I saw him bringing 4 beers to the table in front of us as they seem to know each others.3. I liked the food and that's why giving two stars.I will never be there again and won't advise anyone to go until they start to respect their customers. Unfortunately Egypt's service became super poor even in fancy/expensive places like this one. I am not satisfied until they make up for it.

Glenn Stedman: I cannot recommend this restaurant.Firstly the beer is served hot, this already puts customers off.The food is average, and definitely expensive when there is a seating charge of 5 EGP /person plus t4% tax and then a 12% service charge on top. So a 500EGP meal including drink will cost 665EGP.The owner allows the cat to climb on your table to try and eat your food, no effort to try and move the cat away.Then at the end of the meal when the bill is presented the owner states that the credit card machine doesn't work and must pay in cash.This is the game that many restaurants in Egypt play and the best solution is to say you don't have enough cash, the credit card machine then suddenly works.Owner deliberately wants cash so doesn't have to pay the tax to the Government and can pocket it.I would never go back to this restaurant.

P J: Awesome Turkish food. The starters were fantastic, mains brilliant and dessert was heavenly. The fresh mango juice was so good with bits, I could have had another glass. Overall, the place was divide, worth a try if you are in the neighbourhood. We ordered Hünkârbeğendi for the main and hunkar begendi dessert. The bread is divine, service is excellent and so is the ambience.

On the 2nd night we tried this restaurant and loved it so much we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else the following night. The plates were gorgeous, the restaurant was gorgeous. A 3: The restaurant has a minimum spend of 2000 EGP per person - this is around $65 per head. It's nearly impossible to spend this much money unless you buy alcohol, i.e. bottles of wine.The restaurant was half empty at 20:00 on Saturday, but we were still turned away by the staff. We chose to eat in Bullona on the first nightUnfortunately what should have been a very special occasion for us was completely ruined by the rude bigoted arrogance of the maitre d'We reserved a table and as we were walking in he whispered to me ' this is a fine dining restaurant and slippers are not appropriate attire'I was wearing expensive black Birkenstock sandals with black linen trousers and a burnt orange linen top.I was shocked and upset.....I have eaten in 'fine dining' restaurants all over the world including top hotels in London where I am from and never been told my dress was inappropriateIn any event as guests of The Four Seasons Hotel whose reputation for first class service is exemplary it should not have mattered what I was wearing on my feetWe left the restaurant and complained to the hotel managementI was persuaded against my better judgment to eat in BullonaFrankly I'm not sure what the fuss is about - whilst the food is tasty and well presented it is certainly not fine diningThe remainder of our trip in Egypt was fabulous - a 4 night trip down the Nile and a 6 night stay at the Four Seasons in SharmLuckily the arrogant rudeness of one man has not swayed my view of the Egyptians who I found to be charming and polite wherever else we wentI am however surprised the Four Seasons allows this man to remain employed in one of it's hotel restaurants

Ibram Hossam: Terrible experience with the manager who lacks every sense of problem solving. There's been a misunderstanding about the headcount at reservation but his focus hardly shifted away from placing the blame on us and towards actually seating the surplus of guests. Once we got to discussing possible solutions, two alternatives presented themselves effortlessly. Needless to say it's obvious enough never to belittle the frustration of an angry customer even after an agreement had been reached, which he later did, it's undoubtedly unprofessional.
