MFarag: They don’t respect the clients privacy they force you to be accompanied by a sales lady inside the fitting room which is totally inappropriate and against any human rights. The place is owned by someone named Dr. Menna as the sales lady stated. The owner requires that any client who needs to try a Dress must be accompanied by the Sales Lady. I also suspected there are cameras inside the fitting room & am currently in process of taking legal action against them. The place isn’t selling any dresses apparently its a cover of an illegal activity.

mohammad alsaqqa: I tried to buy a dress with a price 1299LE ,once i went to the cashier i told him that i want to pay in USD he refused because the “system” ! , i went to the bank and exchanged the money once i came back i took the same piece to the cashier he told me 1600LE , i told him that all the pieces are 1299 why he said that this is mistake i think this is fraud !

El-Hussien N: Online delivery took about 15 days, my order was shipped from Spain (i didn't know that), no customer service in Egypt to contact. Mango page on Facebook usually responds in hours. Shipping company is currently DHL.

N's Mohamed: I ordered an online order with Mango Egypt on 25 June and payed online thinking they are a respectable store! Looks like they are dealing with a very bad reputation shipping company called "sky ex" which is apparently so unprofessional the order is late of course and they have no working contact way! Cant believe Mango shops deal with such a place.tried to contact mango from the customer service found only on number in Spain! sent them email and I don't know for sure if they are going to answerI am having a hard time and worrying now for having online shopping and paying online with Mango
