I called to have an appointment and i got one after 3 days , when I went there they didn’t care about my appointment , i waited for 40 mins and then i left . mona hosseny: The worst possible place for someone to get dresses, the dresses are old and worn out, and they choose for you 3 dresses, which you divide with health according to your money, and you are not allowed to choose something.
Basma Mokhtar: it was the worst experience.First u have to book an appointment otherwise u won't get in, but when u reach there, u have to wait although u have other appointments. they don't let u choose.u just speak ur mind and budget and they choose for u.the girls are so aggressive in attitude and performance. they made the bride fall while fitting.i don't get the point of not shooting photos to compare and decide, this point goes for a lot of shops, but their attitude is so mean.brides are clients and the core of the business, they deserve better attitude but they treated us as if we are beggars.in addition to all of that, the dresses are in such bad condition.

Eileen Dexy: Terrible experience.The staff doesn't understand anything about wedding dresses or sizing.They made me try dresses that was 5 times my size and sold it to me and I didn't even know.Don't trust anything they say about alterations their tailors are a joke made to just sell you the dress since there's no exchange or refund you're stuck with it. Even if it's still at their shop untouched.They ruined my experience, I thought spending this much money I'll find experienced staff but no. It's my mistake I even expected to trust this place.They might have unique dresses but never buy anything that might need 1 cm of alterations because they'll ruin it.

D. Graff: I just love Zara, and there are not stores in my area so being able to shop Zara in person was 5 stars in and of itself. This store was large and clean. It was well stocked and well organized despite how incredibly busy the store was, and how many customers were there going through every rack and shelf. Well staffed, the check outs went quickly and smoothly, and the floor staff were helpful but intrusive.

Bilal Shakir: Worst Zara experience ever, men shop, arrogant passive aggressive workers. Know nothing about customer service. Clothes in display are not even ironed. So disappointed. No hygiene, someone left a used mask in one of the shirts over there.
世界を散歩抹茶と猫と: I had a very bad experience with the Men's shop. There was an Egyptian customer who wanted to cheat the queue. I was already with the cashier, while he was physically so close to me as his shouder was touching on mine. He was at the same time talking loudly and incessantly with one of the employees, both of whom without masks on. I politely asked him to keep a bit of distance as indicated in the shop floor. He got upset, told me he got corona recently and he can infect me. I told him this is not in his house but a public space, so be more considerate to the others. He then threatened me that he will call a ministry and he "knows what he can do " (what a poor education he received from his parents!). I told him to go ahead. He ended up calling his friend and chatting with his friend but not the ministry. Throughout all the time, Zara staff were unhelpful, just allowing this man's behaviour. I reported to the information centre and the lady was very polite and capable. She informed the mall manager who intervened. When I went back to Zara in half an hour, everyone was on a mask. It is disgusting to see a human being like this customer who believes to be allowed to behave like a 5 year old kid when he is in his 30's or 40's, to be able to manipulate the fact the others are foreigners to bluff and threaten to defend his poor value of talking loudly without mask while his shouder touching on the others since he wants to cheat his queue, while quite surprised to see Zara shop staff were totally unhelpful and not reacting to the man's whole rude behaviours. I used Zara Casablanca, Zara Madrid and Zara Tokyo, but Zara Cairo was the worst experience ever in this.

Heba Attia: It’s sad to say that the staff at cairo festival branch are harassers. I went today to the branch around 4 pm and a group of male workers kept whispering to each other to check me out, I stopped and starred at them but they kept on the creepy starings and laughs.
