I bought a pair of jeans last year it ripped after one month and now I got 2 pair of jeans that both got insanely large and I couldn't return them with the same offer although its not my mistake tha metrial is flawed in addition to sweat pants that got pills after the first wash (same happened with 3 other friends). Would recommend steering clear of AE maybe check Zara, H&M or even LC.

Alaa Fathy: Very bad treatment and an absolutely unprofessional approach from the Mall of Arabia branch. After I chose and measured my pants, the cashier told me that they had been booked for a month! Knowing that the maximum period for any customer's reservation is 48 hours, and the reserved items are not displayed in front of the customer, and they let the customers measure and their time is wasted, and when we go to the cashier, we are taken as booked!! In contrast to the impolite style and manner of the people in charge of the branch. I made a complaint twice, and nothing was done, and it was not as if I had complained!

Sumaia Almansouri: This is by far the worst store. Staff is extremely rude, yelling at customers and denying access to the fitting room. I mean if your store is closing at 10:00 PM why are you closing the fitting room at 9:20 PM ? Also, if that is your policy then close the entrance door and give a chance to the clients already in store to shop in peace.I wanted to shop, but their staff kept shouting about the fitting room closing. Actually, two of them spoke to me in person about it. I am confused, is this really an American eagle store ? I am from Canada and the experience is totally different here. Thanks !
Mark Dabe: As a loyal customer of American Eagle in the United States, I was excited to see that they had a presence in Egypt during my visit. However, my enthusiasm quickly faded as I encountered a disappointing experience. The staff at the store were extremely rude, and I was even denied the opportunity to try on a shirt due to the store supposedly closing, despite it being open. It was disappointing to see one of my favorite brands being operated by unprofessional individuals in Egypt.

The branch is good and there are various sizes and models.
