Salma Lotfy: I visit this shop to buy Malaika linens products which are great as well as the Ramla shoes. The products themselves in general are beautiful. However the staff is very unpleasant. They are disdainful, unprofessional and unhelpful. I see that several other reviews seem to share the same views. Luckily I can get the same products from other boutiques which is what I will do from now on.

You could take your time to browse and select the gifts and souvenirs without the stress to negotiate prices like you would do almost everywhere in the country. Stefan Bishay: Very impressive selection of high quality handicrafts. Mostly textiles, some pottery, and brass and silver jewelry. The people running the shop are extremely kind and helpful, and the prices fair. If you want some gifts or items for your home that are better than the usual tourist shop items this is the place to go!

D. C.: Lovely atmosphere on the second floor of an old Egyptian apartment filled with ethical and fair treasures. All items on sale are handmade and by Egyptian artisans & crafters. We bought many things from here but the most special was the rug we purchased for our apartment. It was a little too large and the owner told us not to worry and come back in an hour. He miraculously weaved it to the right size himself. Definitely a wonderful experience. Can’t recommend enough.

Noi ci siamo stati alla ricerca, come facciamo in ogni paese che visitiamo, del Piccolo Principe in lingua locale. Il personale gentilissimo ci ha assistito con gentilezza e disponibilità. Vale la pena farci un giro.

5a. hus: Back in the day, art, I visited them in 2019 and took pictures from the inside with all respect and calmness, and one of them came to me and told me it is forbidden, so I said I am filming to publish on Google and Snap and tell people that here is a library and there is a cafe for reading, and he said it is forbidden, so I said okay, and now.. they are looking for someone to advertise for them 🤣
