Hend Sayed: One of the best hospitals I was born in a year ago with Dr. AhmedGhanem is a respected doctor, may God bless him, and after 9 months I underwent a tummy tuck operation with Dr. Muawiya Al-Tamimi, one of the best doctors there. He is respectful, cooperative, and fears God in his work.

Nour: My mom had an appointment there with Dr. Karim Mashhour.She got a call to confirm, she went there and waited too long for the doctor to be eventually cancelled from the receptionist because he didn’t show up, extremely unprofessional und disrespectful !! First and last time, some people need to learn more about work ethics
Angie Rochemont: Had to wait for a month for an appointment they don’t give informations about timing and said they will call the day before to arrange the timings as they don’t know in advance! Which is a problem if you work especially since they say they will give you time slots at the very last minute. They don’t give you news so you have to call them yourself. You call them and they still don’t know, they call back an hour after. They have no options to give you in terms of timings and of course since it’s a day before you cannot organise yourself!Clearly how is this a way to handle appointments? It has been now a waste of a month of wait for clearly nothing! They offered another day for two weeks after, but of course same procedure! You have to wait the day before to maybe HOPE the timings could suit you!SHAME!
Adnan Rababa: Last Feb. I went to this clinic to see the Doctor and let him examine my eyes as I was expecting that the headache I suffer in the last period due to the need to change may medical Eye Glasses, I took an appointment and the doctor gave me a new prescription after examined my eyes, I went to Optics and ask for a new glasses and as am using a multifocal lenses the cost was high which was $ 500 and need about 10 days for manufacturing.I happily received it after the ten days and tried hardly to use it and acclimatize with it for two days without any success, as I suffered from severe headache and Blurred vision, so I went back to the optician to check the lenses, after the test he assured me that the problem in the doctor’s prescription, I went back to the doctor and after he examined my eys and the glasses he didn’t admit that the problem is from his side, but he also refused to give me a report that the problem is from the eye glasses which made me doubt about this, so I went to a famous Eye hospital and asked the doctor to examine my eyes without telling him anything more, so he did and gave me a new prescription for lenses, I went back to the optician and he showed me the difference between the new and old one, this mistake costed me another $300 to change the multifocal lenses and keep the frame.I went to the clinic to file a complaint, the nurse there told me that she will tell the manager when he comes, and after several hours I got phone call from the clinic where a doctor asked me about the details again, after I told him I asked him that I need to complain officially and want to know their corrective action, he told me that this is of the owner responsibility who fortunately an Ophthalmologist and he will ask him to call me on next Saturday to inform me about the action.As you may expect about two months were passed and the said Saturday didn’t arrive.I have the two prescription and the two lenses which approved the reality of this case and might sue them when I have time but also I preferred to share this with and telling you that I am lucky because this medical mistake was external in my status and just made me loose some money but what if the case with a surgery or internal diseases.

They gave us treatment to strengthen the prostate for men 😂😂I read about the treatment on the internet and we discovered that it was a prostate infection, so I went to the pharmacist to make sure also. He said who gave you the treatment? We told the doctor and I gave him the pharmacy.

Brigi Glass: *I do not recommend going here.* They suggested surgery with general anesthesia for a smaller issue with my finger that did *not* require drastic measures. I felt uncomfortable, rushed, and hustled there. They charged a large fee for just the one visit.I went to the Air Force Hospital instead afterwards and the doctor there actually looked at me, listened to me, and prescribed medication. No surgery. And the visit + medication cost less than the fee the Anglo American hospital charged.
