Cairo Connoisseur: Had a lovely lunch en famille. The guacamole, Nikei ceviche and shrimp tortillas were marvelous. The salmon main was also lovely, the steak was ok lacked some black pepper and the salad that came with lacked dressing. The tres leches cake we shared was too sweet for my taste but all in all a delectable zesty meal and friendly service by Mandela, the manager and the chef who also stopped by to ask if all was well. Will return soon! I should note though that it is a tad pricey- the food is very much worth it but the seating area is average.

Salma Gamal: Went for iftar at tabla Luna based on many recommendations, the atmosphere and music in the place really set a Latin vibe to it. We ordered one hour ahead of fatoor and everything came very hot and fresh.The sweet corn soup was the best part of the day I strongly suggest they add it as a stable in their menu.Beef enchiladas were good but they mixed the chicken one we ordered with another beef which wasn’t as good in quality as the other dish. They offered to make another one but we declined as we already finished.The nachos were also really flavorful and a good portion so it’s sharable for 2-3 people.Tres leche cake was phenomenal. A bit too sweet but still tasted heavenly and I think I’d go back again for it.It’s a bit overpriced but would be a good experience for a different lunch or dinner.
Rania El Khayat: We went after Iftar time by around 15 minutes yet we were quickly served. We ordered chicken enchiladas which were perfect and Lomo saltado which was a tad salty. The place has welcoming positive vibes and we enjoyed our meal. Will definitely try again.
killcitystatic: Disappointing. “Ceviche“ had clearly pre-cooked (parboiled or poached) seafood and was not an actual ceviche. Taco main course was a very small portion, and tortillas were dry. The bill came to about 400 LE and I was barely half full.

Sara El Baghdady: We went to Maadi in particular to try this heavenly Tres Leches, it has the perfect amount of sweetness and it doesn’t leave you feeling overwhelmed. The topping tastes like burnt marshmallow, which makes it taste very special. Definetly worth the drive 👌🏻

rebecca bailey: Some of the best steak (if not the best) we have ever eaten. I am shocked that Cairo would produce such amazing steak and was not looking out for it, but stumbled upon it. The sides were also very good. We went back again and recommended our tour group after going. Our wait staff were amazing all around, but Mahmoud Farouk (spelling?) Really left a mark with his humour.
Maria Aisopou: Nice place and location. However we booked a dinner in order to try the steak but all the steak choices were sold out. Very disappointed. So, we forced to choose sea food. It was good but overestimated. We also ordered a cheesecake for dessert and we were waiting for it about 20 mins. In my opinion it is overrated and quite expensive for what it offers.

Kylie Bartelli: Absolutely gorgeous gem of a place that we found by chance on a random night out in Cairo.Not cheap if you plan on drinking the good stuff, if not a draught of beer is what you would expect to pay for a large draft in Cairo. 150le. Fabulous converted villa with gorgeous decor and comfortable seating. Great live music and very clean and friendly. Service was a bit slow, but who cares if you are having a good time.

George Lewis: Poor quality food and small portions even if you pay quarter of this price. Let alone the exagerrated prices. For 500 pounds plates they need to make sure that they have a professional cook and quality ingredients. It is not a place to enjoy quality food or service even the side dishes are poorly prepared. May be you go there if there is a really good singer or music with few standard drinks. People go there to isolate themselves in a similar social bubble and to do that they have to show off and pay much for nothing. But there is definetely no added value. Maybe if there were good musicians on another day I would have had better experience.For more detailed description of food we had escalope panee that costed 580 pounds (after adding 12+14%) and the meat was extremely thin, stretchy and tasteless. We had calamary starter that was oily, not fresh, lowest grade of calamary you can buy and very little for 320 pounds inclusive. We had blue cheese dip for about 320 pounds inclusive. The dip was oke but also little and the bread was not fresh, thin stretchy pieces probably lebanese. We had a salmon plate for about 600 pounds inclusive that was cooked by an amateur cook who does not know what is crispy and juicy piece of salmon and definitely small. The chicken plates were less than average with about 50 grams of chicken each and costed about 400 each.I think they need to learn from good restaurants like sizzler how to offer satisfying 500 pound dishes.

Beef birria tacos were so abysmal im struggling to find the words to describe them (dry on the inside, taseless, wet & mushy on the outside) this restaurant successfully took one of the most flavorful cuisines and made it one the most tasteless. The chicken burrito was very bland where the only thing you can taste is the sweet corn. Guacamole is not authentic doesnt even taste like guac. I only gave the place a shot because they had a 50% offer on elmenus and i still regret paying that much money for this low quality trash. I cant even fathom how people pay full price for this its ming boggling!!!

Adel: 1. I called the place for a reservation for me and my date, wanted to make sure everything would be smooth. Was setting outside for two hours until the waiters asked us to step inside because there's a table of 15 people and there's not enough chairs! It wasn't a good situation and we decided to leave the place.2. This was a dry night starting 6PM, around 5:45PM we tried to order more cocktails and beers but the waiter informed us that they stopped serving alcohol, literally 5mins later I saw him bringing 4 beers to the table in front of us as they seem to know each others.3. I liked the food and that's why giving two stars.I will never be there again and won't advise anyone to go until they start to respect their customers. Unfortunately Egypt's service became super poor even in fancy/expensive places like this one. I am not satisfied until they make up for it.

Cassidy Storm: The food, atmosphere, and service are generally really good- we just wished that we hadn't felt so rushed through our experience. When we had tried each of the meats served, we requested about 3 more pieces for a second serving (we were told by server we could have as much as we wanted) and we were brought pieces that were cooked for other tables. We could tell because they were cooked much more than we requested ours to be prepared. Overall still recommend trying.

Abdullah Salama: Absolutely the best steak I have ever had. Great location with a direct nile view, presentation and service. Everything is delicious even the appetizers, salad and the steak!. The only downside that their concept is only “All you can eat” with a price per person 1500 EGP after service and tax, so very expensive, especially for people that don’t eat much, it wouldn’t be as enjoyable!.Very recommended for special occasions or business meetings!
