Maryam Samy: Firstly ,the receptionist have a very rude attitude in korba branch they know nothing about customer service, secondly they’re unprofessional with their appointmentsThey wasted my time twice to go there and let me leave without taking my consultation because they don’t know how to say a full information for their patient! They only care for money and they are such a liarsI regret going there and don’t recommend for anyone
Mohamed El-Katatney: Very unprofessional with their appointments, no respect for patients time schedule. Appointment was at 12:15pm until 4pm I wasn’t admitted. I declined to reschedule. If you value your time find another clinic.

Salma El Mokhtar: If there is a review with less than 1 star I would have given itThe doctors are professionals yet the receptionists are the worstThey let someone else first in our steadAnd when asked they said that she was not a patient, just wanted to ask the doctor something and they gave the impression that she was an acquaintance , we waited for 30 more min , she was a patient , and they lie through their teeth , we complained to the doctor and she apologized in their stead, and did her best to smooth things over and we are thankful to her but You lost our respect with this attitude, This is our last time coming to the clinic .
Yasin Mahmoud: Irregular appointments from half past seven to nine in the waiting and the doctor writes the treatment for the previous patient for 20 minutes and then waits inside the room

Agata Kucharska: Unprofessional stuff, everyone is called a doctor no matter the profession or education. Facial was done with the cheapest stuff from a supermarket. Don’t go there! There are plenty of better places in Cairo.

Raghad Eldeeb: Doctor youssef nashaat was not professional at all .. he did not do the needed procedures from the first place and refused compensation when told that the results were unsatisfactory.. he doesn't listen to his clients and he is very quick in a bad way.. not to mention their staff disclosed a price range that i payed way above .. never recommending this clinic to anyone! My money was wasted

Yasmeen Mahmoud: NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.I had done treatment ingrown toenail with Dr. Ahmed Elbeltagy and i never recommend them at all,they took first time 6000 EGP and said you will forget it and it will never back again then one of the nails back to hurt after one and half month they made it without charge( off course because it's didn't heal ), then the other nail back to hurt again so i went to find a solution in this endless problem they made the same like every time with another 2250 EGP, but now it's become no guaranty and maybe will back again after it was do it with us and forget it for ever.Really disappointed!
