Diyar Wakkas: The staff is friendly and helpful. The lady behind the desk did her best to meet my requirements and at the end she gave me two sim-cards with each 2 gb for free.

Jorge Peña Ramos: They close at 4pm sharp. Our holiday SIM card was still not active after 2h. We went there and we were basically told that we had to wait one more hour. It did not work and we came back and they were already closed (how convenient). The SIM card started working after 12 hours. Slow service. I’d go to vodafone which is down the street
Morris Moss: DO NOT USE, they are thieves. If you’re a foreigner they take more money from you without explanation assuming you won’t be able to tell. When you complain when you figure out the theft, suddenly the system is down…I went to the branch over 10 times to get the STOLEN money they added on my monthly bill. for over a month the system is being updated. when you call to complain, they tell will call you back with information.If other Orange companies in WESTERN countries would’ve done that, governments would shut them down.

Benjamin Houge: Solo back packer here, I speak next to no Arabic, and desperately needed an Egyptian sim card. Even though Zamalek is the most foreign friendly area in Cairo doesn't mean it's not intimidating to the outsider. This SIM shop was so patient and friendly. My host even walked me through everything in English and activated everything for me. These guys are a life saver and the SIM deals are great, I'm completely connected.

After all the struggle in my first months in Egypt with you, hundreds of pounds of wasted money because of the unlogical packages, the incompetence of staff that is not capable of just delivering the service that‘s needed by a customer and a non functioning app, you finally made me give up on you or on myself dealing with you. Thank you for doing that and making me a happy man without the monthly stress that I used to have.

I want to pay my Hosting and Email invoice but they have to torture the client!First, the employee in Zamalek branch doesn't know what I am talking about then when she asks someone else, he tells her that they do not deal with Domain and Email invoices!!I had to call customer service, whom also are very confused, then I was told that I can only pay in some branches!!When I went to Mohendessin branch, at the beginning, the employee there didn't know what I am talking about, when I insisted, a more senior person said he can do it.I couldn't pay with my credit card! Only cash, against country's directions to use electronic payments!!When I tried to pay 3 years in advance to avoid the inefficiency of the company, he said he can't do it!!I can't believe this is supposed to be a multinational company!!
