Sayed Radwan: تجربة سيئة في الشراء عن طريق الاونلاين لن تتكرر مرة اخري، عدم مصداقية في التعامل وكذلك عدم أحترام للآسف للعميل، وخدمة عملاء ليس لهم اي خبره في التعامل مع العملاء،قمت اون لاين بطلب اثنين خزان دفن ماركة جروهي،السعر اون لاين كان١٢٤٥٠. بعد الطلب اتصلت بي موظفة خدمة العملاء لتخبرني بان هذا السع. لا يشمل رسوم الشحن علي الرغم من عدم اي ذكر لتلك الرسوم عند اجراء الطلب.بعد ذللك بيومين سالوني اذا كنت اعرف شركة شحن لكي ترسل لي الخزانات عن طريق هذه الشركة، بعده بيوم ابلغتني ان الادارة طلبت منها ان اقوم بتسديد سعر السلعة بالكامل قبل ان يقوم بالشحن علي الرغم من تقديمهم خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام وكذللك حصولهم مقدما علي ٥٠٠ مصاريف الشحن.اتصلت بموظفة خدمة العملاء وسالتها عن سبب عدم إرسال الخزانات ، وابلغتني بطريقة غير ودية انها يمكنني ان ترسل اي مصاريف الشحن وتقوم بالغاء الطلب بدلا من ان تعالج الموقف بطريقة مهنية وتبحث عن حل للمشكلة وفي النهاية تخسر عميل.للاسف تجربة تسيء للشركة .تاريخ الطلب ٢٣ نوفمبر ٢٠٢٣رقم الطلب 44108

tamer nasra: كان عندي مشكلة في محبس الشطافة ، فيه جزء بلاستيك بقت ناعمة و المحبس مش بيبقىبعد انتظار طويل ، وصل سباك الشركة و قال لي أن يجب تغيير طقم المحبس و ده يتطلب فك القاعدة بالكاملقال لي انك تاخد ميعاد تاني و يكون السباك موجود عشان يفك القاعدة و وقتها احنا هنركب المحبس الجديدفقولتله ملوش لازمة ميعاد جديد و صعب التوفيق بين مواعيدكم و مواعيد السباكالسباك يقوم بكل الشغل و خلاصفاقترح علي شراء طقم المحبس بالكامل لأنه اصلي و مش هلاقي زيها و سعره هيزيدفاشتريته و قعدت مدة طويلة بدون محبس لاعتقادي بأن الموضوع صعب و يستلزم سباك ماهر و هتكون مصنعيته كبيرة و في الاخر جبت سباك غير الجزء البلاستيك في ٣ دقائق و اخد ٥٠ جنيهالشركة بتبعت ناس تنصب علي عملاءها
