We also appreciated that the restaurant had reserved parking spaces for customers, which was convenient.The breakfast we ordered was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the salmon bagel and orange juice. My friends ordered other plates, and everyone was satisfied with their meals. The view from the restaurant was stunning, overlooking the Nile, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The ambiance was also great, with a nice setup and pleasant music.Another thing to note is that during the morning, there seemed to be a smaller number of customers ordering alcoholic drinks, which might be preferable for people who don't like that.Overall, I had a great time at the restaurant, and I would highly recommend it for breakfast. Dolores Rodriguez: Food poisoning. I went with 6 people to dine to the restaurant.I order a frozen margarita, but there was no frozen margarita. The waiter brought a cup half empty, and I asked him to fill it more. The waiter came back with a margarita cup full, but tasted horribly. I drank it because I did not want to waste the money, and did not want to return it two times, but I came home with nausea, and have been vomiting since early morning, with severe diarrea even after 20 hours after eating there. I do not want to think what dirty water did they add to my drink.Dietary restrictions: No gluten free options.

I ordered my filet medium and it arrived rare-blue. The texture was great, but not what I ordered and I didn't want to send my dish back while my wife ate alone.Her risotto was HEAVILY over-seasoned and almost difficult to eat it was so salty.We ordered 2 mocktails as drinks which sounded amazing but the lemonade mocktail was almost undrinkable it was so sour and the other was unremarkable.My "from the heart" fondant dessert was just SLIGHTLY over-cooked which meant the inside was congealed instead of flowing out when the outside was broken as one hopes for from a fondant.We ate at a number of amazing places during our stay in Cairo and while I don't feel SACHI was bad, it was meant to be a highlight and just didn't turn out to be unfortunately.

A 3: The restaurant has a minimum spend of 2000 EGP per person - this is around $65 per head. It's nearly impossible to spend this much money unless you buy alcohol, i.e. bottles of wine.The restaurant was half empty at 20:00 on Saturday, but we were still turned away by the staff. We went to Hilton's Namaste instead which is was nearby, had nice staff and the food was delicious.Such a disappointment, Bab El-Sharq!

P J: Awesome Turkish food. The starters were fantastic, mains brilliant and dessert was heavenly. The fresh mango juice was so good with bits, I could have had another glass. Overall, the place was divide, worth a try if you are in the neighbourhood. We ordered Hünkârbeğendi for the main and hunkar begendi dessert. The bread is divine, service is excellent and so is the ambience.

Kim Stephanian: This is a really special place! We were staying at the Kempinski 3 nights. On the 2nd night we tried this restaurant and loved it so much we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else the following night. The plates were gorgeous, the restaurant was gorgeous. They brought jasmine water to the table to wash our hands before the meal. The wine was lovely. Everything we ate was delicious. The staff was so friendly, warm and helpful with the unfamiliar things on the menu. Just. So. Amazing. Get the Doner Tas Kebab. 🤤 It’s been 3 weeks and we’re still talking about that meal.
