Superb restaurant.Everything was ideal, from the service and environment to the food and experience.The cheese fondue was so full of flavor, and the meats for the table grill were perfectly seasoned and brought out the deliciousness of the raclette and sauces.The dessert, too, was a fitting finale, with the decadent chocolate Fondue And its fresh fruit and biscuits. Even the oriental sweets do not have the smell of obesity. The food is really soft, but the reception and treatment of the staff is very respectful and tasteful in dealing. But I do not advise anyone to go and eat in this restaurant. I paid 1650 pounds for food that had no taste. And the reservation is in our name in the restaurant. Please review the chef in the kitchen or change it completely.

Jafar: Popped in for a lunch and was pleasantly surprised. We had the homemade veal sausages with potato rosti and a Chicken Caesar salad with a small bottle of water and a cappuccino all for 290egp. Service and taxes are all included in the prices. Food was excellent, better than I had expected. The place was peaceful, with a few other guests. Background music was pleasant and just the right volume. Which is a difficult thing to find in Egypt. Staff were smiling, helpful and attentive, without being too fussy. The toilets are clean and more than acceptable. They also sell beer at 69egp and wine 130egp per glass or 430egp a bottle. Overall a very pleasant experience and we will return here, for sure. Highly recommended oasis in Downtown Cairo.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide entrance and no stairs here.

P J: Awesome Turkish food. The starters were fantastic, mains brilliant and dessert was heavenly. The fresh mango juice was so good with bits, I could have had another glass. Overall, the place was divide, worth a try if you are in the neighbourhood. We ordered Hünkârbeğendi for the main and hunkar begendi dessert. The bread is divine, service is excellent and so is the ambience.

Kim Stephanian: This is a really special place! We were staying at the Kempinski 3 nights. On the 2nd night we tried this restaurant and loved it so much we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else the following night. The plates were gorgeous, the restaurant was gorgeous. They brought jasmine water to the table to wash our hands before the meal. The wine was lovely. Everything we ate was delicious. The staff was so friendly, warm and helpful with the unfamiliar things on the menu. Just. So. Amazing. Get the Doner Tas Kebab. 🤤 It’s been 3 weeks and we’re still talking about that meal.

Ibram Hossam: Terrible experience with the manager who lacks every sense of problem solving. There's been a misunderstanding about the headcount at reservation but his focus hardly shifted away from placing the blame on us and towards actually seating the surplus of guests. Once we got to discussing possible solutions, two alternatives presented themselves effortlessly. Needless to say it's obvious enough never to belittle the frustration of an angry customer even after an agreement had been reached, which he later did, it's undoubtedly unprofessional.

Ed Wrede: SACHI Heliopolis was the spot I took to take my wife on her birthday, during our Cairo trip.Unfortunately, SACHI didn't live up to my expectations.The menu was available online and I suggest everyone review it beforehand.I ordered the filet mignon while my wife had the mushroom risotto. I ordered my filet medium and it arrived rare-blue. The texture was great, but not what I ordered and I didn't want to send my dish back while my wife ate alone.Her risotto was HEAVILY over-seasoned and almost difficult to eat it was so salty.We ordered 2 mocktails as drinks which sounded amazing but the lemonade mocktail was almost undrinkable it was so sour and the other was unremarkable.My "from the heart" fondant dessert was just SLIGHTLY over-cooked which meant the inside was congealed instead of flowing out when the outside was broken as one hopes for from a fondant.We ate at a number of amazing places during our stay in Cairo and while I don't feel SACHI was bad, it was meant to be a highlight and just didn't turn out to be unfortunately.

NYALA WALKER: 5 FOOD! 3 SERVICE! Authentic Thai Cuisine! The SOUPS may have been my favorite part. The Tom Kha Coconut soup and Tom Yam Spicy shrimp were delicious and took me back to Thailand. ALL Dishes were plated and presented well and tasted DELICIOUS! We also ordered wine, spicy beef salad, spring rolls, and two entrees! My only issue was that they did not recommend the ‘Tasting Menu’ to my partner and I after seeing us order several courses! It would have been more cost effective and we would have gotten a chance to try more dishes. I couldn’t tell if it was the language barrier, racism or simple oversight on the part of our server. (We are Ghanaian, When I asked ‘why?’ no one could explain, yet it was offered to a table next door to ours) Overall GOOD experience. Just wish this restaurant was overlooking the NILE like their Italian one.
Gventures: The best Thai restaurant in Cairo! I love Thai food. I have been to Thailand, and I used to work at a Thai owned and operated restaurant in the US, so I know what the food should taste like. They do a fantastic job here! I have been several times now (living in Cairo 1.5 years, tried all the Thai spots in Cairo, this one is the best, and I will be back again). Kihoon Park: 최악입니다. 접객은 처음에 좋은듯했으나 마지막 가서는 최악으로 바꼈습니다. 시킨 음식은 제대로 나오지않고 훨씬 저렴한 음식을 내주면서 가격은 더 비싼 메뉴로 청구합니다. 따져물으면 원래 시킨 메뉴는 없는 메뉴라고 둘러댑니다. 그러면 시킬때 얘기해줘야되는거 아닌가요? 그냥 더 비싼 메뉴를 갖다줬답니다. 1200EGP어치를 주문했는데 1700EGP를 청구합니다. 5성급 호텔에서 이런 사기를 당하니 역시 이집트구나 생각이 듭니다. 인터컨티넨탈 호텔을 주로 이용하는 앰버서더 멤버로 ihg에 정식으로 컴플레인할 예정입니다.아.. 음식은 진정한 태국음식을 기대하면 곤란합니다. 한국인의 입맛에 매우 짭니다. 망고쥬스는 맛있습니다

xinge yang: 这家店评分高的原因是吃饭时候服务员会要求你扫码打分。整体来说是酒店楼里比较高端的餐厅，氛围很静谧，服务员幽默风趣，味道不错，口味偏咸，上菜慢，但是小吃很不错。有酒，三五好友点一点吃的，然后慢慢喝点酒，是很舒服的。我们每人都点了主食，再加上小菜，没吃完，没点酒，人均20美元出头。The reason why this restaurant has a high rating is because the waiter asked you to scan a code to leave a review during your meal. Overall, it's a high-end restaurant located in a hotel building with a quiet atmosphere. The waiters are funny, the food tastes good but it's a little salty. The main dishes are slow to arrive, but the snacks are very good. They have wine, which is perfect for three or five friends to order a little food and slowly enjoy their drinks. It's a comfortable experience. Each of us ordered a main course and some small plates, but we couldn't finish everything. We didn't order wine, and the total cost was just over $20 per person.
