Adel: 1. I called the place for a reservation for me and my date, wanted to make sure everything would be smooth. Was setting outside for two hours until the waiters asked us to step inside because there's a table of 15 people and there's not enough chairs! It wasn't a good situation and we decided to leave the place.2. This was a dry night starting 6PM, around 5:45PM we tried to order more cocktails and beers but the waiter informed us that they stopped serving alcohol, literally 5mins later I saw him bringing 4 beers to the table in front of us as they seem to know each others.3. I liked the food and that's why giving two stars.I will never be there again and won't advise anyone to go until they start to respect their customers. Unfortunately Egypt's service became super poor even in fancy/expensive places like this one. I am not satisfied until they make up for it.

Hala AbuShadi: Nice place for drinks and some Spanish snacks (tapas).They also have theme nights with special offers. Minimum charge apparently only on weekends is 500 EGP. Plus on the menu you must add a 26% in taxes and service.Lugar moderno y agradable para tomarse unas copas y picar algo. Las croquetas de pollo como en casa!.. y la paella, etc. Muy recomendable. Cargo mínimo (aparentemente solo los fines de semana) es de 500 libras egipcias por persona, y al precio de la carta hay que sumar un 26% en impuestos y servicios.

San: Wir haben uns zuvor einige Rezensionen durchgelesen und das Restaurant bekommt zu unrecht schlechte Bewertungen.Wir hatten zwei orientalische Salate (ganz normale Vorspeisensalate), 3 Falafel, Tomatensuppe, Reis, Pommes, ein halbes Hähnchen, ice coffee caramel und Wasser alles zusammen war ~ 630 LE was definitv nicht teuer ist. Wir sind beide satt geworden und dass für knapp 20 Euro. Ich weiß nicht welche Europäer hier Ansprüche haben 😅 aber 20 Euro für zwei Personen mit Getränken bekommt man in einem Restaurant sonst nicht unbedingt, auch nicht in Deutschland es sei denn es ist eine Döner Bude gemeint.Hier war alles gut, es war nett, es war sauber, gutes Essen, freundliches Personal, saubere Toiletten. K13: So we went there a couple of days ago to eat lunch and the waiter picked a fight with me. I asked for a couple of recommendations he instantly pointed to the lamb and as soon as I informed him we were there only for their vegetarian dishes he got upset as the were not expensive saying I don't know what I want. That should have been a red flag for me, but it was hot 🔥 outside, and we were hungry. So, unfortunately for us, we stayed for the absolute worst meal in Egypt. Abe El-Raheb: My parents had their first date here in the 1980s so I better give it 5 stars! The food, service, and atmosphere are all exceptional. Highly recommend the mixed grill, kofta, mixed veggies and the baba ghanoush. We also had the ice cream Sunday for dessert which was extra creamy and delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

YT Chen: 环境一流，中东菜。价格还能接受 不算太贵，所有的菜价最后还要加上25%左右的服务费和税。味道算还可以接受吧，比较推荐小羊排和小鸡翅，烤全鱼比较一般。草莓果汁比较好喝。不过说回来在埃及这个遍地找不到什么可吃的地方，有这么一家餐厅，也算是对旅行者的一个抚慰。另外就是这里总算有啤酒可以点，我特点点了埃及本地产的sakara啤酒，不过尝试下来，觉得并不好喝，下次不喝埃及本土啤酒了。还有这家餐厅位置不靠尼罗河，风景没有隔壁的那家餐厅好。在这里的住客也并没有折扣，希望洲际可以对住客能再多一些优惠！

Karen W: We had the mixed platter served in a tasty, slightly spicy tomato sauce. One portion would have been enough for us to share, but we added a second plate of pasta. The locals were lining up for tables. We only wish the seafood were fresher - the shrimp and crab did not have the sweet, meaty texture that they should have when cooked live or very fresh. One crab was black inside and when we showed it to the waiter, he immediately replaced it with a fresher one. The calamari and clams were great. Maybe next time we'll try the mussels which are easier to keep fresh.

Osama Samy: The shrimp is not clean and when i asked the staff they told me it is normal as it is the sandy line of the shrimp, the taste is under normal , bathroom is bad , they provided with food water, salad and mokhlal for extra fees and that is not obvious in the menu. Overall it is very overrated restaurant and not recommended to go there.

We chose to eat in Bullona on the first nightUnfortunately what should have been a very special occasion for us was completely ruined by the rude bigoted arrogance of the maitre d'We reserved a table and as we were walking in he whispered to me ' this is a fine dining restaurant and slippers are not appropriate attire'I was wearing expensive black Birkenstock sandals with black linen trousers and a burnt orange linen top.I was shocked and upset.....I have eaten in 'fine dining' restaurants all over the world including top hotels in London where I am from and never been told my dress was inappropriateIn any event as guests of The Four Seasons Hotel whose reputation for first class service is exemplary it should not have mattered what I was wearing on my feetWe left the restaurant and complained to the hotel managementI was persuaded against my better judgment to eat in BullonaFrankly I'm not sure what the fuss is about - whilst the food is tasty and well presented it is certainly not fine diningThe remainder of our trip in Egypt was fabulous - a 4 night trip down the Nile and a 6 night stay at the Four Seasons in SharmLuckily the arrogant rudeness of one man has not swayed my view of the Egyptians who I found to be charming and polite wherever else we wentI am however surprised the Four Seasons allows this man to remain employed in one of it's hotel restaurants

ahmed hesham: The waiter tricked me into just ordering a red bull and when I ordered food he came back to tell me that the dish I ordered was not available so I took another five minutes to order another dish only to be told that the minimum is closed off and that I cannot order and trying to reason with them they tried many ways to decline me ordering ,one of the reasons was that other people in the group exceeded their limit in ordering so other people had to pay for them by not ordering so they can get the amount of money they were promised ... Which is totally dumb and unbelievable and after arguing for over 30 minutes I had to leave because it was getting late but I would not recommend it AT ALL.

A 3: The restaurant has a minimum spend of 2000 EGP per person - this is around $65 per head. It's nearly impossible to spend this much money unless you buy alcohol, i.e. bottles of wine.The restaurant was half empty at 20:00 on Saturday, but we were still turned away by the staff. We went to Hilton's Namaste instead which is was nearby, had nice staff and the food was delicious.Such a disappointment, Bab El-Sharq!

NYALA WALKER: 5 FOOD! 3 SERVICE! Authentic Thai Cuisine! The SOUPS may have been my favorite part. The Tom Kha Coconut soup and Tom Yam Spicy shrimp were delicious and took me back to Thailand. ALL Dishes were plated and presented well and tasted DELICIOUS! We also ordered wine, spicy beef salad, spring rolls, and two entrees! My only issue was that they did not recommend the ‘Tasting Menu’ to my partner and I after seeing us order several courses! It would have been more cost effective and we would have gotten a chance to try more dishes. I couldn’t tell if it was the language barrier, racism or simple oversight on the part of our server. (We are Ghanaian, When I asked ‘why?’ no one could explain, yet it was offered to a table next door to ours) Overall GOOD experience. Just wish this restaurant was overlooking the NILE like their Italian one.

I have been to Thailand, and I used to work at a Thai owned and operated restaurant in the US, so I know what the food should taste like. They do a fantastic job here! I have been several times now (living in Cairo 1.5 years, tried all the Thai spots in Cairo, this one is the best, and I will be back again). Overall, it's a high-end restaurant located in a hotel building with a quiet atmosphere. The waiters are funny, the food tastes good but it's a little salty. The main dishes are slow to arrive, but the snacks are very good. They have wine, which is perfect for three or five friends to order a little food and slowly enjoy their drinks. It's a comfortable experience. Each of us ordered a main course and some small plates, but we couldn't finish everything. We didn't order wine, and the total cost was just over $20 per person.
