Hana Abdel-latif: Another hidden gem for all Yoga fanatics. The studio has positive energy. Seriously you can feel it once you enter it. The instructor was so welcoming and helpful as she was offering positions for beginners or with stiff body "like me" 😆. They apply social distancing which was a big plus.P.S:1-To avoid the little detour that I had to reach the studio. It's on the second floor of Sufi cafe's building.2- They welcome walk-ins just call them 2 hours prior to the class to book your spot.3-Bring your mat and come on time.Namaste 🧘♀️

The Nūn Center has served as a true sanctuary for me since moving to Cairo. Its calm and inviting space set on a quiet side street in Zamalek has allowed me the chance to find peace in an otherwise noisy and bustling city. The Center's staff along with the variety of classes, workshops and holistic treatments offered have enriched my Cairo experience beyond words. Forever grateful.
It’s my great privilege and joy to share the Ashṭāṅga yoga practice with the Nūn Center’s students in Cairo, each autumn. Nada’s centre is truly beautiful, welcoming, airy, light and spacious and the students are always receptive and enthusiastic. The team at Nūn are great, and connecting with/teaching the wonderful practitioners who go there, is one of the highlights of my calendar.
Nūn has been my safety net for so many years, It's existence allows me to be courageous and authentic in life as I know I have a place to go to for replenishment and balance "As long as Nūn is there I'll be fine". It is a very essential part of my life that provides whatever I need whether it is a certain kind of therapy or consultancy or a regular practice or even some physical therapy. I can always trust that it has the best and most qualified practitioners and that I'm always in good hands. One of the hardest farewells leaving Cairo has been leaving Nūn and until this point I have not found a more serene, authentic, holistic and professional space. Cairo is blessed such a space exists.
Thank you Nūn for everything! It is a blessing to have a place like Nūn to enjoy Yoga, attending different sessions for healing, acupuncture and loads of opportunities for ones wellbeing. It's personally inspiring, and impressive how you manage to do that with love, positiveness, creativity and joy. This place for me is a second home. I come here and let my guard down. Mohamed El-Kamony: This unprofessional place and the incompetent therapists called Ehab Youssef, Carine Karnouk, and Zeina Naim are not recommended, and the confidentiality of these harassing therapists has been breached as these persons pose harm to others and the wider community.This is to warn the public against hiring the harassing therapist called Ehab Youssef, Carine Karnouk, and Zeina Naim who work at the unprofessional place called Nun Center in Zamalek, Cairo, Egypt.These unprofessional therapists harass, provoke, and cyberbully clients on social media, divulge their private and confidential information from the private sessions and beyond, illegally, unethically, and against the law, and these harassers aims to harass and defame the clients and harass them online and cyberbully them, and divulges their private and confidential information form the private sessions and beyond.These harassment, bullying and defamation acts are not acceptable and are illegal, and should not and will not be tolerated by any person.This unprofessional place called Nun Center is unprofessional, and is illegal, and is unregulated, and does not follow the Code of Conduct and Ethics of their profession, nor the Egyptian law, and does not care about the legal confidentiality of the clients, and most of them are unemployed, who provide low class services, and do not care about the medical ethics, and the Data Protection Law or the legal confidentiality of the clients.These harassers, who should seek help for their mental issues, are not recommended in any forms or means, and should not work in reputable places all together, and it is high risk to clients and the wider community to work with such unprofessional and unethical harassers, who know nothing about medical ethics, or the Code of Conduct and Ethics of their profession, nor the Data Protection Law of clients.All legal rights are reserved to respond to them, and legal action will be undertaken against these unprofessional harassers and unprofessional place for therapy, in case any of these harassment, bullying and defamation acts are repeated in any form or means.It is illegal and saddening that this is the level of medical quality you get in Egypt from such unemployed and unethical harassers, and such illegal and disrespectful place.

Yang Pang: Highly recommend!! I booked the 90 min deep tissue massage. My masseuse was Tom. She is amazing. The massage was comprehensive, including working on my soles and stomach. It was exactly what I was looking for. The communication via email was quick and easy. The facilities were clean, peaceful, and lovely. The price was very reasonable. For reference, I have had a lot of deep tissue massages over the years due to sports in Asia, Europe, and N America.

Mohamed Salah: This is to review my experience with the psychotherapist called zeina naim at nun center.It was an unprofessional experience and she is an incompetent psychotherapist, who didn't do proper diagnosis nor provide solid solutions to my complaints, and is an unethical and unprofessional therapist who breaches the confidentiality of the private counseling sessions.Apparently, she leaks my information from the private sessions to her friends and other co-workers at nun center, against the Code of Ethics and Conduct of a supposedly "professional" psychologist, and the law, and amounts to harassment.This therapist, along with her manager, are not recommended in all means, and nun center is an equally-incompetent, and unprofessional place for therapy.

Israa Emad: The amount of comfort, peace and love in this place is terrible 😍 Every corner of the place provides comfort and safety for visitors.From the first time you enter the place, the smell of natural herbs and incense is very soothing to the nerves ❤️ We are interested in very positive energy, the most important of which is that we are forbidden to enter the place with boots.Everything inside this place is natural, it is cloth, wood and wicker Even the soap is natural The lighting is also very calm 😍 A place where you can wait is like a corner and two wicker chairs, all of which are very comfortable, and there is also a very clean toilet, and a place for the shower.And there is more than one place where you can take the class, and they all have natural lighting during the day, which is very nice and has privacy.We provide all types of yoga and help you choose the right type for you and what you are comfortable with.The address of the place is 15, Institute of Socialist Building, the building has a large banner belonging to a tourism company called Ramses.The place is on the third floor, and unfortunately the elevator is out of order 🙆🏼♀️ But since we are going to yoga and activity, it is normal to go up the stairs 😅There are transportation going to this place from the Haram and from Faisal or Giza and Ramses and Abbasiya, all of these countries see something going to Hijaz Square.On the GPS, it says that Heliopolis Hospital is close to the place. It is not a little far, if you will take a walk. It is very close to it. Its name is Cleopatra. It says on the application, Heliopolis ❌, and its name is Cleopatra.And the Al-Ahram metro station is also close, but you will take a microbus that will take you to this place.

Lorena C: In a cool location, but no parking. Sue gives a strong class but be ware of the bullish unstated policy of "less than two cancels the class and you get a free class". Way to kill the thrill. No ride comps or ahimsa commitment from the "yogi".
Roxanne Astra: Lovely little place. Reasonably priced, especially if you buy a 10 class pass. Would highly recommend. They have a nice variety of classes and a nice environment too.
