Any Chinese tuktuk or motorcycle agency that has professionalism and credibility than the agency of cars that we bought for millions.A car because of spare parts they have since 12/12...2022Five full months and so far I have not reached a final answer when we will receive the car.Comic style in dealing with customer service. Rude and unprofessional style at all. My number was put on the list of the maintenance engineer responsible for my car. The surprise was that the hotline number for more than three days did not answer my multiple calls.I do not advise anyone to deal with this group of swindlers under the name of power of attorney.The matter is being raised to the parent company so that we are not exploited in this way and the dirty method of dealing by the agency’s engineers. The data is ready for anyone who wants to know the details.

Norhan Hassan: One of the worst services you could ever experience, which should not be expected from such big brand. They are literally ruining Range Rover’s reputation. This place is lacking customer service, they do not update you about the maintenance. They expect you to call and ask how things are going. Unfortunately, they have my car now for 6 weeks due to the lead time of the spare parts. After 6 weeks I called (several times) and they said they couldn’t find the spare parts. For what have I been waiting for?? I am considering buying another car because of them
