Salah Mandour: They assured us on the phone that we would come at nine o’clock in the morning to do x-rays for my mother, who is 83 years old. When we arrived at nine o’clock, we did not find the doctor yet, and he did not come until a third past ten, knowing that today, Thursday, May 4, is the Labor Day holiday and the streets are empty.And then they told us at 10:15 that the doctor hasn't started yet because he has a small operation to do, and after that he starts the echocardiogram knowing that my mother has bleeding from the colon and waiting is very tiring, but unfortunately the Egyptian doctor doesn't respect his appointments or the eyewitnesses.

The place has a very big problem, which is parking for cars. Then waited for the scan although there is no queue to find out that the technician was downstairs eating (?) That is what I was told by the staff. How can one have a lunch break at 10 am?Parking outside the building is a nightmare.

Slow service not due to crowding, but because of sluggish employees... All for a rate higher than similar service providers nearby.

Sandra Sam: A harsh experience of doing an MRI: First, I made an appointment at 10:45, and the procedures for entering the examination ended at 1 because of the bureaucratic procedures with the contracting department and the insurance company…. Secondly, I waited for 3 pm for my entry. I was surprised by a nurse who did not know the origins of canola installation, despite the clarity of the veins in my arm. I tried twice in two different places and failed. The syringe in our face when she insisted on the injection! And she wanted to try from Ali and the hand, but I refused and was very nervous and asked an experienced nurse... and the canola was installed quickly... During the ringing, the nurse came without experience and injected the dye very quickly into the canola, I felt severe pain during the injection, but I was tired and was not I was fully conscious because I had been fasting from that night and exhausted from waiting until 5 pm... and I should not have moved because the device took pictures while the dye was being injected. After I got home, I felt my arm and the canola were swollen and sore, and I found yellowing under the skin and along the bottom of the arm! The doctor told me that the dye leaked from the canola because the nurse had to make sure that the path of the canola was clear and that it was not on the tip of the vein, then slowly injected the dye and made sure that it passed into the vein! Unfortunately, I thought that the center was at the highest level, but even when I met with its director to report, I found another young man complaining about the same mistake, and while I was waiting for the examination, a young woman was screaming at the top of her voice and cursing the center and the doctors for not being able to install a cannula after many attempts, so I went to the Forces Hospital Air for installation and returned again to take x-rays. They gave me an 11pm appointment and on top of that I waited for over an hour and a half for my turn, even though I came early for my appointment! So disappointing. What's the point of making an appointment if everyone is just going in before you!
