Omar Khalid: Tried it in Ramadan for breakfast. I reserved one day before coming and they told me to come before 5 PM to pick my order so that it’s ready at breakfast time. We came before 5 PM and picked our order. First they served soup and noddles and then we waited for more than one our to get our sushi platter. The sushi was so good TBH but why we had to wait for more than one hour given we already reserved and came before 5 PM to pick our order? Not recommended in Ramadan.

nadin elokl: Ordered salmon teriyaki and saltado noodles with shrimps. Salmon was Veryy fresh and tasty, it came with a plate of glass noodles. It was surprisingly very delicious. Singapore style noodles was out of stock so we had to order saltado noodles instead. I was disappointed by the shrimps they tasted very dull and weren’t fresh and were overcooked. The noodle however was tasty. It’s an over all pleasant experience with a lovely ambiance.

xinge yang: 这家日料和旁边的一家店共用服务员，生意不温不火。味道还行，不算惊喜也不算踩坑，属于平均水平。我们两人随便吃了点，人均10美元。This Japanese restaurant shares its waiter with a restaurant next door, and business is not very good. The food is okay, not a surprise or a stumble, but average. We had a simple meal for US$10 per person.
Seema Sheth: This is one of the worst sushi places I've tried. The service was poor, no hostess to seat us, no one took our order until we asked, they just totally ignored us. No server other than the sushi chef. The sushi rice was poorly cooked and had no flavor. The salmon was not fresh. The miso soup came without tofu, and when I inquired we were told they were out of tofu. But they never told us when we ordered it. I returned the soup and told him he should have mentioned it to us, then the couple next to us ordered the soup and he didn't tell them either. To top it off, after making our meal the chef left the restaurant to go elsewhere, came back and didn't change his gloves or wash his hands and made the next person's order. Yuck! This was really not a good representation of the hotel. Very disappointed.

Ed Wrede: SACHI Heliopolis was the spot I took to take my wife on her birthday, during our Cairo trip.Unfortunately, SACHI didn't live up to my expectations.The menu was available online and I suggest everyone review it beforehand.I ordered the filet mignon while my wife had the mushroom risotto. I ordered my filet medium and it arrived rare-blue. The texture was great, but not what I ordered and I didn't want to send my dish back while my wife ate alone.Her risotto was HEAVILY over-seasoned and almost difficult to eat it was so salty.We ordered 2 mocktails as drinks which sounded amazing but the lemonade mocktail was almost undrinkable it was so sour and the other was unremarkable.My "from the heart" fondant dessert was just SLIGHTLY over-cooked which meant the inside was congealed instead of flowing out when the outside was broken as one hopes for from a fondant.We ate at a number of amazing places during our stay in Cairo and while I don't feel SACHI was bad, it was meant to be a highlight and just didn't turn out to be unfortunately.

NYALA WALKER: 5 FOOD! 3 SERVICE! Authentic Thai Cuisine! The SOUPS may have been my favorite part. The Tom Kha Coconut soup and Tom Yam Spicy shrimp were delicious and took me back to Thailand. ALL Dishes were plated and presented well and tasted DELICIOUS! We also ordered wine, spicy beef salad, spring rolls, and two entrees! My only issue was that they did not recommend the ‘Tasting Menu’ to my partner and I after seeing us order several courses! It would have been more cost effective and we would have gotten a chance to try more dishes. I couldn’t tell if it was the language barrier, racism or simple oversight on the part of our server. (We are Ghanaian, When I asked ‘why?’ no one could explain, yet it was offered to a table next door to ours) Overall GOOD experience. Just wish this restaurant was overlooking the NILE like their Italian one.
Gventures: The best Thai restaurant in Cairo! I love Thai food. I have been to Thailand, and I used to work at a Thai owned and operated restaurant in the US, so I know what the food should taste like. They do a fantastic job here! I have been several times now (living in Cairo 1.5 years, tried all the Thai spots in Cairo, this one is the best, and I will be back again). Kihoon Park: 최악입니다. 접객은 처음에 좋은듯했으나 마지막 가서는 최악으로 바꼈습니다. 시킨 음식은 제대로 나오지않고 훨씬 저렴한 음식을 내주면서 가격은 더 비싼 메뉴로 청구합니다. 따져물으면 원래 시킨 메뉴는 없는 메뉴라고 둘러댑니다. 그러면 시킬때 얘기해줘야되는거 아닌가요? 그냥 더 비싼 메뉴를 갖다줬답니다. 1200EGP어치를 주문했는데 1700EGP를 청구합니다. 5성급 호텔에서 이런 사기를 당하니 역시 이집트구나 생각이 듭니다. 인터컨티넨탈 호텔을 주로 이용하는 앰버서더 멤버로 ihg에 정식으로 컴플레인할 예정입니다.아.. 음식은 진정한 태국음식을 기대하면 곤란합니다. 한국인의 입맛에 매우 짭니다. 망고쥬스는 맛있습니다

xinge yang: 这家店评分高的原因是吃饭时候服务员会要求你扫码打分。整体来说是酒店楼里比较高端的餐厅，氛围很静谧，服务员幽默风趣，味道不错，口味偏咸，上菜慢，但是小吃很不错。有酒，三五好友点一点吃的，然后慢慢喝点酒，是很舒服的。我们每人都点了主食，再加上小菜，没吃完，没点酒，人均20美元出头。The reason why this restaurant has a high rating is because the waiter asked you to scan a code to leave a review during your meal. Overall, it's a high-end restaurant located in a hotel building with a quiet atmosphere. The waiters are funny, the food tastes good but it's a little salty. The main dishes are slow to arrive, but the snacks are very good. They have wine, which is perfect for three or five friends to order a little food and slowly enjoy their drinks. It's a comfortable experience. Each of us ordered a main course and some small plates, but we couldn't finish everything. We didn't order wine, and the total cost was just over $20 per person.
