FF “F awwa” Aww: The zamalek Branch's manager have ZERO skills when it comes to dealing with the customers. They sent me out an old/Rotten Dessert (Rotten heavy Crème) and when i immediately went to the shop so they can see it, they refused to aknowledge their fault, and instead they said that they can do nothing.I used to like the place and order from them regularly, and almost daily. But seems like they changed the place's manager and got an unskilled one ...i dont recommend dealing with them at all.

Shady Attia: Poor service. I strongly recommend to not eat or drink at this shop. I went yesterday Nov 2, 2022 to the shop and ordered a chocolates cake, cheese cake, frappe and cappuccino to drink & eat on spot with a friend. The order went fine. However, the serving team served us our order on the outdoor table without forks or spoons!!! The serving team dropped the order on our table without cleaning the table and left us for a while. We were expecting to receive forks and spoons but they never arrived. I had to go back and ask for forks to get informed that there are no forks or spoons available. I wondered how can I eat my cake, the cashier apologized and expected we will eat the cakes by hand ! I had to cancel the order and got my money back. It seems those two workers are two careless amateurs who never received any professional training. They did not apologize or communicate beforehand to warn us. The continuation of the story is worth. A lady dropped in while we were cancelling our order and one of the workers took our cancelled chocolate cake with his hands and without gloves from the plate, boxed it, in front of our eyes, and gave it to the new customer who accidentally ordered a chocolate cake. We left astonished by the service and level of mediocrity. This was my first time at the Four Fat Ladies, but definitely this was the last time, too. I won't stop telling my friends and relatives about those unprofessional and untrained workers. This could be a case study taught for SMEs working in the HoReCa on: how to screw up your business through untrained employees. The owners should understand that the service at their shop ruined the whole experience they wanted to create. Never back again at this humiliating shop.

Gray Lewis: Small little place with a nice staff. Highly recommend the red velvet cake cups! The coffee is great but definitely pricey for the area.
Hana Abdel Salam: Quality has really gone down. I used to love it but the last few times we ordered brownies and cakes, we were very disappointed. The dough was almost raw, way too dense and too sweet. To the extent that you want to vomit it out right afterwards.
