ilmira abdullina: What a nice new facility! Coming into the clinic, it is clean, bright, and nicely appointed. The staff is professional and greeted me right away. The wait was under 5 minutes. Dr. Shousha is professional, friendly, and attentive. The equipment is clean, new, and up to date. I recommend this dental place to everyone in need of any dental procedure.
Tahira Jabien: The clinic is nice and clean and the staff are friendly. However I do not recommend this clinic for periodental problems and implants. Please do extensive research before starting any treatment. Dr Ahmed is and endodontist and Dr Nouran is. Pedodontist. My unfortunate experience at the clinic proves they should not go near implants. Also explains Dr Nouran's nervousnouss treating me. some Google reviews are misleading and from family members and friends. Most of all look carefully at the qualifications and experience of those planning and delivering the treatment. I had to have my treatment redone elsewhere costing me a lot of money and resulting in a lot of trauma.

I called another place and they were wanting to charge me more than double the price helio quoted me. As a foreigner I realise I get ripped off at some places when my friends tell me how much they pay for the same services so I come to expect it, however when I called Helio I got a great price so I chose them. When I arrived I saw they had a sign with all their prices and I really appreciated that they charged me the same as they did for others.

Fanta Keita: Great clinic! Dr Islam and his team were professional, detail-oriented in their work and truly make visiting the dentist a pleasant experience. They use the best materials, most updated technology and ensure the patient comes first. He makes sure to explain every step so the patient is aware and is very gentle. She handed me the forms to be filled out, and took them to Dr Islam for review. Upon entering the dental suite I was promptly greeted by Dr Islam and put at ease. He walked me through every step of my appointment, and made sure to pause for clarification. He took the time to ensure I was comfortable before he started any procedure.Once the visit was complete, he explained the at home care instructions ruins with detail.The facility much like the dental team were immaculate.

I wanted to make sure I had as great, or better care as I would at my normal US dental practice. So, I actually went to two dentists a week apart here in Cairo.Both offices were nice and had great modern equipment. And both dentists were nice people, however Dr. Islam is far more than a dentist. He's a professional. And a professor on the subject, training students in the field and educating patients as far as they'll let him.He has a level of passion for his work that only the greatest experts in any field do.This passion extends beyond talk. From the gentle waiting room lighting and tranquil music to the two assistants and way Dr Islam physically interacted with my mouth; the entire patient experience was a work of art.Dr. Islam is incredibly patient. He made sure I didn't feel rushed and encouraged me to ask every question I could think of.To top it all off he used just the right amount of pressure (0.25 Newtons/Square Meter if I recall what he said correctly) to clean my teeth and gums really, really well and to my amazement without any pain. It actually felt great. Like someone scratching an itch you just can't get with electric toothbrush and dental floss.About sterilization and sanitation practices at the office, Dr. Islam said he is always happy to be asked about this. He said when you have quality equipment you get excited to show it off. He has a top of the line sterilizer which creates a vacuum and then uses steam. (This is exactly what my dentist told me to look out for when I left the US).Dr. Islam and his assistants set a new bar in what I'll look for in medical professionals. I wish I could go there for every dental visit (but I won't be in Egypt forever).Lastly, after I left I wrote down a bunch of notes. Insights I'll use to find new dentists and know what to ask them for as I travel from country to country.

OZ: I broke my molar just before a weekend so was in a hurry to try and fix it. I contacted Maadi Dental Center for the first time, and I was very impressed with the swiftness in seeing me and addressing my needs. I want especially to thank Dr Mariam and Dr Shada for taking such good care of me. Highly recommend this practice for your dental needs.
Anwaar Ghaleb: I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism and disrespect from a dental center like I have in MDC. I overheard a DR YELL at the top of his lungs accusing a patient (myself) of theft and use disrespectful examples and words simply because I gently asked to reconsider the examination and xray fees as I made my intentions clear to the dr answering my call before my visit that I simply wanted to inquire the price ranges, not even the exact price of the procedure. I proceeded with the payment despite being apologized to from the staff for the miscommunication and requested a meeting with the Dr to express the frustration and humiliation I felt overhearing his loud conversation. I was denied any sort of communication with the Dr saying that no one can reach him now and that I should either send him an email or set another appointment. VERY IRONIC and even more humiliating.I attempted to find other solutions to reach out to him the same instant and the receptionist was very rigid and lacked any sense of humanity and parroted the statement “I work for him, I can only listen to what he says” By far the worst dentist experience I’ve had in Egypt.

It was very important for me to visit a specialist in implantology and prosthodontics.I found these criteria on Smile Bright Dental Clinic web site so I chose an appointment time on the web site ( so easy!) and let a message to explain what happened.Dr Sherif Samir is amazing! So professional, excellent, reassuring, he takes his time because the most important thing for him is the perfect work and the patient satisfaction. He can be available for an emergency even if his clinic is closed!I had total confidence in him. And I was right because he did a real great job. Moreover he is a real nice person. He took time to speak with me about Cairo, Egypt and gave me good tips for my stay in Egypt.This is also very nice to exchange with someone who speaks English.I highly recommend Dr Sherif Samir.
