They will block you, and even your money won't be taken by them.. It's not an individual's fault, but it's clear that this is normal here. When you report feedback about spoiled eggs, expired products, incorrect items, incorrect weights, incorrect bills, and service/delivery issues, Guess what? They will block you and stop your credit! And unless Sekem edible organic grains are solely sold by your shop, we would not have tried your service anymore. Our feedback on your delivery associates include mainly two incidents when the driver arrived two hours earlier than the selected delivery slot causing disturbance at home and customer service declined. And the other time, when the customer service associate Ms. Emy voluntarily decided to send the driver back to pick up the incorrect items and surprisingly he reacted aggressively thinking that we had asked for the return, later he denied that we did not receive the refund! By the way, till now we have not received that refund!Obviously, true harassment allegations has to be officially reported to the prosecution authority if not just false claims to cheaply defend against negative reviews on public media.In summary, it is illegal and non ethical to retaliate and discriminate against specific customers on their public negative reviews, especially if the ordered items are not available elsewhere. Saying that, we preserve our full rights to sue you for the public false allegations.
