Rana Badr: I honestly can't understand what happened to the real opera!! All parties began to start at least an hour late, and they kept letting people come in normally late. The one who is sitting trying to enjoy the show and merging with it, and suddenly you find five or six entering who want to run to reach their places, as the amount of two chapters of the truth makes one hate opera. At least the security forces are supposed to sit these people in any place until the intermission, but of course this does not happen! Other than that, of course, people are working to talk throughout the show, which they don't know how to shut them up or watch the show, and the security forces are sitting on their phones and not doing anything and leaving anyone who wants to do anything to do. Why is this low we have reached??!!!

FAB TRAVEL: We booked this hotel to enjoy the Pyramids and soak up the atmosphere of Cario.But instead our stay is being adversely and significantly impacted by huge wedding receptions that seem to take priority over the experience and comfort of other guests.Tonight instead of enjoying a lovely dinner outside with a view of the pyramids instead we were front row to a huge construction site building a stage for a massive wedding tomorrow night, fully obscuring our view of the pyramids, let alone all the noise and disco lights flooding the entire area, shining into our eyes. Which I can assure you is a mood killer.So that means tomorrow night instead of a construction site we will be front row to someones ostentatious wedding - again obscuring the pyramids.And tonight there is yet another huge celebration on the other side of the hotel around the pool area that our room faces. The music is ridiciously loud. We left dinner early because of the construction site and the disco lights planning to sit in peace and quiet on our balcony.But we can't sit on our balcony as the music is just so loud. So loud we can't even watch TV.It's now 2230 at night and we have been told that it will continue until 2300. We were also told the volume would be lowered. That has not happened.There would be hundreds of rooms impacted the same way.We booked a hotel not a wedding reception venue.Surely if a hotel of this standard is going to book weddings they should have minimum impact on the quality of the experience of other guests.We paid a lot of extra money to stay here and feel it has been wasted.If like us, your time in Cario is a once in a lifetime visit, I'd strongly suggest you chose a hotel that values guests over wedding receptions which we have been happens very frequently.What's more important your hotel business or weddings. You can't have both if one severely impacts the other. And would seem this hotel has not proceedures to ensure just that.Just look at the promotional images the hotel uses as a reason to book, against the reality of our stay.We didn't book this hotel for photos of a tacky ostentatious wedding in the reflective pool.

The picture I'm attaching was just a MIN after I got my request disapproved.You need to get a better handler who'd be able to make better judgments. Instead of making your place look extremely bad & pushing people who used to love the place; to completely hate it!

Wir hatten es bemängelt, da wurde es ausgebaut und man wollte am nächsten Tag mal schauen.Beim Frühstück lässt sich nichts vermissen, aber es fehlt Atmosphäre.5* sehen anders aus.Walkability: Tahir Platz, Ägyptisches Museum
Ana Bruges: Terrible. DEF NOT A 5 STAR HOTEl. Lack basic amenities like drinks in the room, Jaír dryer, no robes, no international programming (these are the amenities that make a hotel 5 star) Save yourself and do not stay here. The elevators literally SHAKE very heavily while going up, the carpet is stained and damaged everywhere, the people in the front desk are rude and condescending. We checked in at 4 am and asked for TWO nights thinking we would get charged for an early check in and the two nights we requested. They charged the early check in as a full night and did not tell us about it even when we asked the front desk to confirm that it was two nights, they just charged it. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in my whole life and I’ve traveled half of the world.
Alicia Cores González: No se alojen en este hotel!Tenemos tres noches reservadas en este hotel, la primera noche llegada a las 3h de la mañana y nos encontramos con una habitación inhabitable. Reclamos al hotel al día siguiente mostrándole las fotografías, por las condiciones en las que nos tienen y no les importa el cliente. Lo único que nos ofrecen es pagar más dinero (75€ por noche y habitación) para tener una habitación en condiciones. Después de haber pagado ya una gran cantidad de dinero a Soltour.Nos encontramos en la planta séptima en una habitación de los años sesenta, ruido insoportable a todas horas del tráfico, olor a tabaco en la habitación, ducha que no funciona, suciedad, moho, camas rotas, mucho frío, sin mantas … no son condiciones de tener alojados a los clientes en un Hotel Hilton.No recomiendo a nadie que se aloje en este hotel ni que reserve ningún viaje con la empresa Soltour.Es muy posible que se ponga enfermo durante su viaje por Egipto como nuestro caso, un crucero por el Nilo con estancia en El Cairo Hotel Ramses Hilton organizado por la empresa Soltour.No malgasten su dinero en este hotel, cuesta mucho esfuerzo ganarlo para luego terminar viendo situaciones desagradables durante sus vacaciones.Esto no son vacaciones!Rooms: No reúne las condiciones de habitabilidad.Noteworthy details: Huyan de estar alojados aquí, a este hotel no le importa el cliente y en que condiciones los tiene. Lo más desagradable que nos hemos encontrado como país y como empresas. Sólo quieren sacarte el dinero. Esto es una trampa para turistas.

حسن الشهري: I regret all my regrets about my stay in it. There is no way of dealing with maintenance workers all day, the water is cut off every day, the elevators are idle and slow, and the prices are astronomical.I don't recommend it at all

محمد البقمي: Unfortunately, the hotel has bad services, and they are working on renovating the hotel, and it is disturbing. Frankly, if you ask for anything from the hotel, I wait a quarter of an hour for it to come. I recommend it. Thank you.
