Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos, porém tivemos a situação desagradável de estarmos no quarto relaxando e um funcionário entrar no quarto sem antes bater a porta e, ainda por cima, deixar a porta aberta ao sair. A localização é tranquila, porém afastada dos principais pontos da cidade e isso pode ser inconveniente caso seu interesse seja em explorá-la. A área da piscina é muito boa, porém a água estava suja, com bolhas esverdeadas acumuladas na região da hidromassagem. Ponto alto foi o café da manhã com bastante opções e de alta qualidade

Emil Horvat: I forgot the bracelet that my wife gave me during my visit, the guide called as soon as I mentioned it to her and was assured that it was put away and they have it. When the guide came back to bring it to me, they simply said that it was not there. It seems to me a very unprofessional attitude, the bracelet means a lot to me, but they didn't make an effort to get it back.In any case, I did not expect such an attitude in such a hotel, I am very disappointed.

Евгений Я: Я поражён Каиром. Город контрастов, блеск и нищета. Огромный и очень грязный город. Большая помойка на 470 кв.км. Мы проехали полгорода, и полгорода просто какое-то гетто, где люди живут в полуразрушенных домах. Везде мусор и грязь, даже на таких мировых памятниках, как пирамиды Гизы. Хотя сами пирамиды, и Сфинкс, конечно великолепны, если не считать вымогательство денег всеми типами, работающими и просто крутящимися возле пирамид. Но оно и неудивительно, Египет нищая страна с огромными возможностями, впрочем как и Россия... Еще удивило то, что в таком двадцатимиллионном городе очень мало светофоров, гид сказал, что на весь мегаполис их всего семь, из которых три не работают. Все сигналят, никто никому дорогу не уступает, здесь нет понятия главная и второстепенная дорога, кто смог влезть, тот и прав. Полная анархия. Пешеходных переходов нет от слова совсем, люди просто перебегают дорогу в любом месте, где им вздумается. Машин очень много, ездят как хотят, дорожных знаков тоже практически нет, в общем я в шоке.

Cassy Maktabi: This is a must see place in Egypt for kids (ages 3 to 9) and adults too. The staging and full experience is well done and really helps the kids learn and observe more than a standard museum.Our tour guide was English speaking and super knowledgeable. I only wish we planned more time, we did the whole thing in 2 hours but could have spent a full day.

Eileen Weed: We were a group of 50+ mostly older individuals on a Holy Land tour, this was our last stop before going home. I enjoyed it! First a boat ride, going past displays of ancient Egyptian life. It was fun just sitting and seeing the displays, well done. Then we went into the replica of the Karnak Luxor temple, it was simple and small but a good effort. Then a stop at the hall of gift shops and small museum to the founder, Dr. Hassan Ragab. Then we could wander the grounds, including going into the replica of King Tut's tomb, also very well done. I can recommend if you have time in Cairo!
